It depends on the piece and the scale. A custom organic garland starts from $180, a balloon arch from $320, a pair of columns from $150, and a full styled backdrop wall from $480. Themed kids’ and baby-shower setups start around $240–$260, and corporate builds are quoted to brief. For garlands, arches and columns, a week or two is usually comfortable, and we can sometimes squeeze in shorter notice when a slot is free. Custom backdrop walls and branded corporate builds want two to four weeks so we can design and source the right palette. Busy dates — long weekends, December, the CNY stretch — get snapped up early, so if your date is locked, drop us a message as soon as you can.
We design, deliver and build everything on-site — you never have to transport or assemble anything. Building at your venue is the only way to keep a setup crisp, since balloons squash and shift in transit. Our team arrives within an agreed install window, sets up, and can come back to strike it down afterwards if your venue needs the space cleared.
Yes — matching your look is exactly how we design. Send us a palette, a Pinterest pin, a character, an invitation or even a fabric swatch, and we build the setup around it. For corporate events we Pantone-match to your brand colours. We begin from your theme on every booking rather than handing you a fixed set of pre-made designs.
Island-wide. We regularly set up in HDB void decks, condo function rooms, hotels, restaurants, function halls, offices and event venues across Singapore. There is no extra travel charge for standard locations; very early-morning installs, restricted-access venues or far-flung outdoor sites may carry a small surcharge, which we will always tell you about upfront in the quote.
We use thick, premium balloons treated to hold their shape, so a setup comfortably lasts the length of an event and usually looks good well into the next day indoors. Air-filled designs (garlands, arches, backdrops) hold far longer than helium ones. Outdoors, direct sun and heat shorten balloon life, so for outdoor events we plan the timing and finish with you in advance.
We do, with a little planning. Balloons are sensitive to direct sun, heat and wind, so for outdoor setups we choose sheltered spots where we can, use the right materials, and time the build close to your event. We will be honest at the quote stage about what will hold up outdoors and what is better kept indoors, so there are no unhappy surprises on the day.
Yes. Alongside parties we regularly style product launches, grand openings, dinners, roadshows and brand activations. We Pantone-match brand colours, build logo backdrops and stage pieces, coordinate install and strike-down windows with your event manager or venue, and carry our own equipment. We are comfortable working cleanly around a live, scheduled event.
Whatever you send us — your name, number, event date and venue — is kept confidential and managed under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). It exists purely so we can design your setup and lock in your booking; we will not add you to marketing without your say-so, and nothing is ever handed to a third party.
