Your questions, answered

Everything brides usually ask before they enquire — and if your question isn’t here, just send it our way.

Weekend and peak-season dates at Aglow tend to fill nine to twelve months out, so the moment you have a confirmed date is the moment to reach out. We only take one wedding per artist per day, so once your date is held it is genuinely yours. ROM, solemnisation and shoot bookings can usually be arranged at shorter notice.
Yes. For actual-day and ROM bookings your artist comes to your hotel suite or home anywhere in Singapore, with the early-morning call time built into the package. For destination weddings we put together a travel proposal — your lead artist flies out, arrives a day early and stays across the celebration, with travel and accommodation quoted transparently.
We strongly recommend a trial for actual-day brides. In the studio, unhurried, we recreate one or two full looks, photograph them in different light and adjust together until it is right, then keep detailed notes so the morning is a recreation rather than a fresh attempt. The trial fee is credited toward your actual-day booking once you confirm.
That is what skin-first preparation and long-wear products are for. We prep the skin properly, choose formulas suited to your skin type and the climate, and set the look to hold through a tea ceremony, an outdoor moment and a dinner under hot lights. You also go home with a small touch-up kit and clear instructions for your sister or planner.
Absolutely, and it is one of our favourite parts of the morning. Party and family looks are priced per person and coordinated to complement yours without competing. For larger groups a second artist joins so everyone is ready on time and the getting-ready room never feels rushed.
Yes — Chinese tea ceremonies, Malay bersanding, Indian ceremonies, civil registries and the many beautiful combinations Singapore couples celebrate. Farzana leads our traditional work, and we design each look around your garment, your customs and the elders and camera in the room.
You can pay by PayNow, bank transfer or card. To hold a wedding date we ask for a deposit that goes toward your final balance, with the remainder settled before the day. Every figure is itemised up front in your proposal — no surprise charges later.
Everything you tell us — your date, your contact details, your inspiration and any notes — is kept private and handled in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We use it only to plan and deliver your booking, and we never pass it on or sell it.
