Yes. We brew our tea fresh every morning, cook our brown-sugar pearls in small batches every two hours, and use 100% real fruit and real ingredients — never powders or pre-mixes. If a batch sits too long, it goes, not into your cup.
Always. Every drink lets you pick your sugar level (0%, 25%, 50%, 75% or 100%) and your ice (none, less or normal), so you get your cup exactly how you like it. Use the Boba Builder to set it all and add toppings before you order.
It is our build-your-own-cup tool. Pick a base (milk tea, fruit tea, brown sugar, oolong or matcha), choose your milk, sweetness and ice, then add as many toppings as you like — pearls, grass jelly, pudding, cheese foam and more. The price updates live and you can add your custom cup straight to the cart.
Both. Order ahead for pickup and skip the queue at your nearest outlet, or get drinks and tea kits delivered. Tea kits and loose-leaf deliver islandwide with free delivery over S$40; freshly made drinks are delivered within selected zones.
Yes. Most drinks can be made with barista oat milk, and our Brown Sugar Oat Milk Boba is fully vegan. Fruit teas are dairy-free by default. Just pick oat milk in the Boba Builder or tell our staff in store.
They let you make Boba Lane at home. Each kit includes loose-leaf tea, quick-cook pearls (about 5 minutes) and our small-batch syrups with a recipe card — enough for around 8 cups. The Starter Box adds toppings, a shaker and reusable cups with wide straws.
Earn one star for every cup you buy, in store or online. Collect nine stars and your tenth drink is free. Members also get birthday treats, early access to new-flavour drops and members-only deals — all tracked in your account.
It depends on your drink, size and sweetness level — choosing 25% or 0% sugar makes a big difference. Full nutritional and calorie information for every drink is available in store and on each product page so you can choose with confidence.

In store and online we accept PayNow, all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Atome. The tea-kits shop checks out in Singapore dollars with an itemised invoice. Lane Club points are earned on every payment method.
