Onyx began with a single conviction, held over a decade of driving for one private family: that being early and being discreet should never be a luxury you hope for, but the baseline you are guaranteed. Too many "premium" rides still kept guests waiting, surprised them with the fare, or forgot that the conversation in the back is private.
So we built a chauffeur service around three promises that do not bend — the car is waiting for you, the fare is fixed before it moves, and what happens in the cabin stays there. We track flights so an arrival is never a scramble, brief routes so a corporate day never slips, and keep the same familiar faces so trust has time to build.
