Booking questions
Every fare is fixed before the car moves. For transfers and point-to-point rides we quote an all-in price by route and vehicle class; for hourly disposal and corporate days we quote a per-hour rate from the stated minimum. There is no meter and no surge, so weather, traffic or a busy night never change the number — the only time a bill grows is if you choose to extend an hourly booking on the day, which we agree with you first.
Meet-and-greet means your chauffeur waits inside the Changi arrival hall with a name board, helps with your bags and walks you to a car parked nearby — rather than you searching a kerb or joining a queue. It is included on every arrival transfer, along with complimentary wait time, because we track your flight and adjust the pick-up if it lands early or late. For departures we instead build in a sensible buffer for traffic and check-in.
Yes, on every airport arrival. We monitor your inbound flight from the moment it leaves its origin and shift the pick-up time automatically, so an early landing or a long delay never leaves you waiting or your chauffeur charging for time that was out of your control. You do not need to message us with a new time — the tracking handles it, and the chauffeur is there when you clear the hall.
For airport transfers, weddings and corporate days, booking a day or two in advance lets us assign the right chauffeur and vehicle and brief the journey properly. That said, despatch runs round the clock and we take same-day and last-minute point-to-point rides whenever a car is free — drop us a message, we will say plainly what is possible, and we confirm a fixed fare before anything is booked.
A point-to-point ride is a single, pre-booked run from one address to another at a fixed fare — ideal when you know your destination and timing. Hourly disposal keeps the same car and chauffeur with you for a booked block of hours, waiting between stops, which suits days with several stops or uncertain timings. As a rule of thumb, one clear journey is point-to-point; a morning of errands or an evening that may run long is disposal.
Yes. A cross-border run is driven as a single job — the same chauffeur and car take you door to door through both the Singapore and Malaysian checkpoints, with your luggage untouched from start to finish. We drive to JB, Kuala Lumpur, Malacca and the resorts, choose the Tuas or Woodlands crossing to suit your timing, and can hold a same-day return so you do not need to re-book for the trip home.
Every Onyx chauffeur is background-checked, insured, trained in-house and presented in business attire. Discretion is part of the role: our chauffeurs are used to confidential calls continuing in the back and to high-profile guests, and they keep what they overhear to themselves. You tend to see familiar faces, especially on corporate accounts and personal-chauffeur bookings, rather than a different stranger each time.
A corporate account lets your whole team book under one roof, with consolidated monthly invoicing, named approvers and cost centres, so finance receives one clean statement instead of a drawer of receipts. We brief and buffer roadshow routes, can put a matched fleet on the road under one coordinator for delegations, and give account clients priority despatch. Accounts are set up on application — message our concierge to start one.
Your booking details, travel plans and any flight information you share stay private with us, handled in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We use them only to plan and run your journey and to reach you about it — never to market at you, and never passed to anyone outside the chauffeur assigned to your trip. Payment is settled by PayNow, card or on a corporate account; nothing is charged before your fare is confirmed.
