We started because the usual routes weren't working
Bytecraft began with a frustration our founder kept running into: capable, motivated people who wanted to move into tech, but nowhere honest to start. University meant years and a second degree. Free tutorials meant learning alone and quietly giving up. The few bootcamps around felt built for fresh graduates, not adults with rent, jobs and a real career to switch out of.
So we built the programme we wished existed — one that assumes no computer-science background, teaches by building real projects, and treats getting hired as the whole point rather than an afterthought. Full-time if you can step away; part-time if you can't stop earning. Financing that ordinary budgets can actually clear.
Today our instructors are working engineers and analysts, our graduates are spread across Singapore tech teams, and our measure of success hasn't changed: did this person get the role they were after? We'd rather place you in the right track than simply sell you one.

The people teaching and mentoring you actually do the job — so what you learn matches what teams really want.
Priya Menon
A former product engineer who kept mentoring friends into tech roles on the side — until she built Bytecraft to do it properly. Still teaches the first week of every engineering cohort herself.
Daniel Wong
Spent a decade building full-stack products at SG startups and a bank. Famous for making hard concepts click and for brutally honest, kind code reviews.
Aravind Suresh
An analytics-then-ML practitioner who has shipped data products and LLM features in production. Teaches the data and Generative AI tracks, and the maths you actually need (not the maths you do not).
Six reasons switchers choose Bytecraft
Built for career switchers
We assume no computer-science degree and no prior code. The whole programme is designed around adults changing careers on purpose.
Learn by shipping real projects
You build and deploy real applications from week one. Graduates leave with a portfolio they can show, not just a certificate they can frame.
Taught by working practitioners
Your instructors and mentors are engineers and analysts who do the job, so what you learn matches what teams actually want.
Career support that converts
Interview prep, portfolio reviews and hiring-partner demo days are woven through the course, focused on one thing: a paid tech role.
Financing that fits real life
SkillsFuture, interest-free instalments, deferred tuition and employer sponsorship — so the fee is a hurdle you can actually clear.
A cohort and alumni for life
You switch careers alongside a close cohort, then join an alumni network and keep lifetime access to every course update.
