Aximont was founded in 2008 on a simple conviction: that Singapore’s SMEs and mid-market firms deserve the same calibre of advice the largest companies take for granted — without the bloated process, junior-heavy teams or open-ended fees that usually come attached.
A firm built around the client side of the table
Our founders spent years inside the big consultancies and accounting firms. They loved the rigour and hated the rest — the layers of process, the partners who pitched and then vanished, the invoices that grew faster than the value. So in 2008 they started Aximont to do it differently.
Today we are a team of 40+ advisers and specialists working with established Singapore businesses — roughly S$3m to S$80m in revenue — that have outgrown ad-hoc decision-making but are not well served by the giants. We bring the same frameworks and discipline, scoped sensibly and priced fairly, with senior people who stay on the work from first call to final handover.
We are deliberately not a slide factory. Every engagement is fixed-scope, every plan comes with numbers, owners and dates, and we stay close through delivery so the work survives contact with reality.
