ACC (Associate Certified Coach) is ICF Level 1 โ the entry credential, requiring 60 training hours and 100 coaching hours. PCC (Professional Certified Coach) is ICF Level 2, a more advanced credential requiring 125+ training hours total and 500 coaching hours. Most people start with ACC and upgrade to PCC later.
No. Our Foundations and ACC programmes are designed for complete beginners as well as professionals adding coaching to their toolkit. If you can hold a thoughtful conversation, you can learn to coach.
Foundations is 3 days. The full ACC pathway typically takes 3โ6 months depending on your pace and how quickly you log your practice-coaching hours. PCC takes a similar training period but more coaching experience.
Our Foundations of Coaching programme is SkillsFuture-eligible for Singaporeans. We can also advise organisations on WSQ and corporate funding for team training โ just ask on the Contact page.
Yes. Our ACC and PCC programmes are built to ICF Level 1 and Level 2 standards, taught by ICF-credentialed (PCC/MCC) trainers and mentor coaches, and aligned to the 8 ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics.
Mentor coaching is 10 hours (7 group + 3 individual) where an experienced PCC/MCC coach observes your coaching and gives feedback against the ICF competencies. ICF requires it for certification โ and it is where most of the real growth happens.
Yes โ our ACC and PCC programmes can be split into 3 instalments. This is a demo, so no real payment is taken.
