Standard pieces are engraved and shipped within 4–6 working days. Selected items offer 48-hour rush engraving for an add-on. Larger corporate runs and multi-line wood plaques can sit at the longer end — we will tell you the date before you pay.

Yes. Nothing we make is printed or stickered. Metal is hand-cut or laser-etched, wood is laser-burned, leather is heat-debossed and glass is sand-carved — the mark is physically in the material, so it will not peel, wash off or fade.

Always. We mock your wording, spacing and font and send it to you to approve. We only start engraving once you have said yes, which is why a misspelled date almost never happens.

Yes, regularly. Send us the quantity, the pieces and the wording on the Contact page and we will keep the styling consistent across the whole run and quote you within 1–2 working days.

We do — a working studio at Kampong Bugis, roughly six minutes on foot from Lavender MRT. Drop-ins are not always staffed because we are at the benches, so visits and hand-engraving consults are by appointment.

Checkout is in Singapore dollars via PayNow, cards or Atome instalments through a secure gateway. We handle the wording and details you send us in line with PDPA, keep your design on file only so reorders are easy, and never pass your information to anyone else.

Because each piece is personalised to you, we cannot resell it, so we only replace items that arrive faulty or engraved differently from the proof you approved. Tell us within 7 days and we will remake or refund it.
