It depends on your home size, the type of clean and how often you book. A general clean starts around $90 for an HDB 3-room one-time visit; deep, move-out and post-renovation cleans cost more because they take longer. A general clean is the regular upkeep — dusting, wiping, vacuuming, mopping and refreshing the kitchen and bathrooms, ideal weekly or fortnightly. A deep clean is a much more thorough, hours-longer reset that tackles the build-up a regular clean skips: grout, tracks, skirting, behind and under furniture, cabinet tops and more. Many homes start with a deep clean, then keep it that way with a general plan.
On a recurring plan, yes — you keep the same cleaner, who learns your home and preferences over time. Every Brightnest cleaner is background-checked, interviewed in person and trained to our written checklist before their first job, and we’re fully insured. You’re never sending an anonymous stranger into your home.
Our cleaners bring their own equipment and products as standard, so you don’t need to provide anything — though we’re happy to use yours if you prefer particular products. Each service has a clear checklist of what’s covered, and you can add extras like inside the oven, interior windows or ironing when you book. We’ll always confirm the scope before we start.

Just tell us within 48 hours and we’ll come back and re-clean the areas that missed the mark, free of charge. We’d always rather make it right than leave you unhappy. Because plan customers keep the same cleaner, these things get rarer over time as they learn exactly how you like your home.
Yes. We use effective but low-odour products that are safe to use around children and pets, and we’re happy to go fragrance-free or use your own preferred products on request. Mention any allergies or sensitivities while booking and we’ll plan the clean around them.
Your contact details and home information stay private with us and are managed exactly as Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) demands. We use them only to arrange and look after your cleans — never to spam you, and never shared with anyone outside Brightnest.
