Guild is the inner ring. It is for people who are a few years in — running something real, or senior enough in their craft to teach it — and who want the kind of guidance you only get from a handful of close peers.
Mentoring runs both ways on purpose. You are matched with someone a stage ahead of you for your own questions, and paired with a newer member who benefits from yours. The result is a community that compounds instead of churning, and a bench you can actually call on when a decision matters.
Guild is application-based, not because it is exclusive for the sake of it, but because the small-table dinners and the mentoring only work when everyone at the table is genuinely in it. We keep the cohort small on purpose.
