Everything hosts usually ask us before booking — on timing, space, customisation, your guests' photos and how we keep the night running.

For weddings and large corporate events, two to three months ahead is the safe window, especially across peak wedding season and the year-end D&D rush. We do keep buffer in the calendar though — if your date is close, just message us and we will give you a straight answer on what is still open rather than leave you waiting.
Yes, for every booking anywhere in Singapore. There are no travel charges, no setup fees and no teardown fees hidden in the small print. The price you see for the booth is the price for the booth — add-ons are listed separately and clearly so you always know what you are paying for.
Most booths need roughly a 2m x 2m to 3m x 3m area and a normal power point nearby. The 360 video and luxury booths want a little more room. When you book we send a simple setup sheet you can pass to your venue, and we always check the space with you beforehand so there are no surprises on the day.
Absolutely. We put your logo and campaign line on the frames, prints, GIFs and 360 overlays, build green-screen backdrops around your brand world, and can hand over the full gallery for you to re-use on your own channels. We can also set up simple lead capture at the booth if you want guests to opt in.
Our host carries spares for the parts that matter and can resolve almost anything on the spot. Every booth is tested fully before guests arrive, and for larger events we build in redundancy. In the rare case a unit cannot be fixed during your event, we make it right — that has happened a handful of times in 600-plus events, and we have never left a client without a fair resolution.
Yes — a styled props table comes with every print and digital booth, and we top it up through the night so it never turns into a mess. A standard backdrop is included as well, and you can step up to a fully custom one designed around your theme or brand for a flat add-on. For kids' parties we swap in a child-safe prop set on request.
Prints and clips are handed to guests on the night. A private online gallery with every high-resolution image is ready by the next morning, and the files are yours — download, reprint and share them freely. For corporate clients we can deliver an edited selection on a faster turnaround if you need images for a report or post.
We collect only what is needed to deliver and share your photos, in line with Singapore's PDPA. Guest images live in a private gallery, and we remove event files on request once your event is wrapped. For corporate lead capture, opt-ins are explicit and the data is handed only to you — we do not reuse it.
A deposit holds your date, with the balance settled before the event itself. PayNow and bank transfer both work, and every booking comes with an itemised invoice so you can see what each line covers. Nothing extra gets tacked on afterwards.
