What this course is
Skincare is the steadiest corner of beauty — clients treat facials as maintenance, not a treat, so the bookings are regular and the relationships are long. This eight-week certificate gives you the treatment-room foundation: how to read skin honestly, run a proper cleansing facial, perform safe extractions, and deliver a massage that clients come back for.
You spend your hours on real skin, learning to analyse type and concern without over-promising, choose products sensibly, and keep a clean, calm, professional treatment room. We are firm about the line between a foundation facial course and medical aesthetics — we teach you to work safely within scope and to refer on when something belongs to a doctor.
You finish ready to start as a facial therapist in a spa or salon, or as an assistant in an aesthetics clinic, with a clear-eyed sense of where the qualified, regulated work begins. Rather than imply this course covers clinical procedures, we set out which further licensing those would actually need.
