Our advanced and post-graduate courses (the advanced aesthetics diploma, bridal certificate) assume a relevant qualification or working experience; each course page states its entry requirement, and the Beauty Career Finder steers you to the right level.
Our courses are benchmarked to international and local awarding bodies — the International Esthetics & Skincare Council, the Asia-Pacific Makeup Alliance and the Singapore Beauty Trades Board, with short courses awarded in-house. The qualification demonstrates completed, supervised, examined training that the salons, spas and clinics we place graduates into recognise.
Most courses run part-time on evenings and weekends so you can study without leaving your current job, while the flagship beauty-therapy diploma is offered both full-time and part-time. Each course page lists the hours, duration and mode of delivery, and we confirm the exact schedule when you enquire.
A number of our courses can be funded with SkillsFuture credit — let admissions know your chosen course and intake, and we will confirm whether your credit applies. A deposit reserves your seat, and the balance can be split into instalments over the course via PayNow or Atome, set out in plain numbers with an itemised invoice for your records.
We cap classes at twelve students, and most run smaller. Training in a studio rather than from tutorials only makes sense if a certified educator can watch your hands and correct you while you practise on real models and clients, so we keep numbers low to make that possible every session.
Yes — international student fees are listed on each course page and differ from the Singaporean/PR rate because they include the additional administration an international enrolment carries. Admissions can outline what a Student’s Pass application involves and which documents you would need, though the pass itself is issued by the authorities, not the academy.
Tuition, the use of academy equipment and products during class, your supervised live-model and client practice, your examination, and your certificate or diploma on completion. For some courses you gradually build your own kit; we give you a road-tested kit list and honest guidance on what is worth buying rather than pushing a fixed bundle.
We are a school, not an employment agency, so we will not promise a job. What we do is train you to a real, examined standard, finish you with a logged record of supervised work or a portfolio, give you honest career guidance, and introduce graduates to the salons, spas and clinics we work with. Many of our therapy, makeup and lash graduates are working within weeks.
Our main teaching campus is at The Adelphi, a three-minute walk from City Hall MRT, with a second skincare-and-aesthetics studio at Novena Specialist Centre near Novena MRT. Both are an easy walk from their station; once you enrol we confirm which campus runs your course.
Completely. Our Personal Makeup Course exists precisely for people who want to do their own makeup well, with no career pressure. You get the same patient, hands-on teaching as our career students, just a shorter, more relaxed course.
