Our general construction division is a Grade A1 main contractor delivering residential, commercial, industrial and institutional buildings — from luxury condominiums to data centres and public amenities.
What we do
As a main contractor we take complete responsibility for the building — design management, procurement, structure, architecture, M&E coordination, fit-out and handover. Our project teams have delivered private residential developments, Grade-A offices, mixed-use schemes, industrial and logistics facilities, hyperscale data centres and public-sector buildings on time and within budget.
Self-performing the structural frame through our engineering division gives us a programme and quality advantage few competitors can match. We integrate digital project controls, lean construction planning and a tightly managed supply chain so that owners get certainty on cost, programme and quality.
The division holds BCA Grade A1 (CW01) registration, allowing it to tender for public-sector and large private projects of unlimited value, and is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
