What we do

For three decades our specialist engineers have been entrusted with the structural systems that ordinary contractors cannot self-perform: post-tensioning of high-rise floor plates and transfer structures, segmental bridge construction, heavy-lift and launching gantry works, marine berths and geotechnical stabilisation. We design, fabricate, install and stress these systems in-house, which keeps quality and programme firmly in our control.

The division operates its own engineering design office, a precast and stressing yard, and a directly employed installation workforce. That vertical integration lets us take single-point responsibility for structural packages on landmark towers, expressways, rail viaducts and port infrastructure across Singapore and the wider region.

Every package is delivered under an ISO 45001 safety system and BIM-coordinated workflow, with method statements and temporary-works designs prepared by our own chartered engineers — the level of assurance that owners, main contractors and authorities expect on critical structures.
