Mugshot started with one sublimation press in a Sin Ming unit and a simple frustration: getting a price for custom drinkware in Singapore meant emails, vague quotes and a week of waiting. We built the opposite — clear per-piece pricing, a free proof every time, and pieces checked by hand before they go out.
Today we print mugs, tumblers, bottles and flasks for tuition centres, run clubs, cafés, architects and families across the island. The studio has grown, but the rule hasn’t: nothing goes on the press until you’ve seen and approved exactly what it will look like.

Germaine started Mugshot from a single sublimation press after years of waiting weeks for opaque corporate-gift quotes. She runs every proof through her own eyes before it goes to the team.
Daniel keeps the presses, the engraver and the schedule in sync, which is how a 300-piece run still ships on the day promised. He owns the piece-by-piece QC check.
Marcus preps files for print and looks after bulk and corporate clients — colour-matching brands, laying out photo collages and making sure repeat orders look identical to the first.
