Our minimum is 10 pieces per design across the whole range — mugs, tumblers, bottles and flasks. Ten is enough for a small team, a CCA or a family gift set. Need fewer for a one-off? Drop us a WhatsApp describing the idea and we will see what we can do.

Drinkware is priced per piece, and the unit price falls as the quantity rises. The Mug Designer has five bulk tiers built in — from 10–24 pieces up to 250 and above — so as you increase the quantity, the per-piece figure updates live. You always see the exact unit price before you order.

Standard production is 5–7 working days from the moment you approve your proof. If your date is tight we offer rush production from 3 days for an additional charge. Engraving and very large runs can sit at the upper end of standard, and we will always confirm a realistic date before you pay.

We work best with vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) for logos and high-resolution PNG or JPG for photos. Do not have print-ready art? Send what you have — even a phone photo or a rough idea — and our artwork team will lay it out and send a proof. There is no charge for standard artwork prep.

Yes. Add the individual-names option in the Mug Designer and we will print a different name on every piece in the run — common for team gifts, gym members and class sets. Send us the name list as a simple spreadsheet and we will match it to your proof.

Yes. Our Full-Photo Mug and full-wrap options use sublimation to print edge-to-edge in full colour, ideal for wedding photos, pet portraits and detailed artwork. We colour-correct and proof every image first so what prints matches what you pictured.

Print gives you full colour and is great for logos, photos and bright designs on mugs and tumblers. Laser engraving etches a permanent, finish-matched mark and looks especially premium on steel bottles and flasks. Tell us your piece and artwork and we will recommend the method that ages best.

You can collect from our Sin Ming print studio (there is a loading bay for bulk orders) or have your order delivered islandwide. Delivery is free over S$120 within Singapore; smaller orders have a flat delivery fee shown at checkout. Glass and large runs are packed with extra protection.

Settle in Singapore dollars by PayNow, by card, or in instalments via Atome — always against an itemised invoice. Your details are held under Singapore’s PDPA and we never pass on your artwork or contact information. Corporate buyers can ask for an invoice their finance team can process.
