About Stillwater

Our story

A calmer kind of day spa

Stillwater was born from a simple belief: a spa day should feel like a real escape, your body should be properly listened to, and no one should ever leave feeling sold to.

We opened our first sanctuary on Duxton Road in 2016 with one promise — unhurried, skilled care in a space quiet enough to actually switch off. Tens of thousands of visits later, that promise hasn’t moved.

Whether you have an hour or a whole day, we’ll meet your body exactly where it is — and only ever suggest what genuinely helps.

“I spent years in big, busy spas where treatments were timed to the minute and everyone got the same pitch on the way out. I knew the body — and the mind — deserved more space than that.”

“At Stillwater, every visit begins by actually reading you. We’ll tell you honestly what your body needs and what it doesn’t, and if an hour in the heat circuit is all that’s right for today, that’s perfectly fine by us.”

“Watching someone walk out slower than they walked in — shoulders down, unhurried — that’s the whole reason I built this place.”

What we stand for

The Stillwater promise

Skilled, certified therapists

Every ritual is given by a trained, experienced therapist — pressure read and adjusted to you, never a fixed, off-the-shelf routine.

Genuine, phone-free quiet

Soft light, no screens on the deck and real stillness throughout — a sanctuary built to actually let you switch off.

No upsell, ever

We suggest only what suits your body and your day. Nobody is sold a course of treatments on the table, and the bill holds no surprises.

Clean, cared-for spaces

Heat and hydro facilities are cleaned and checked through the day, with fresh robes, towels and amenities for every guest.

Private & PDPA-aware

Your details and any health notes are kept private and handled with care, in line with Singapore’s PDPA.

Clear, honest pricing

Transparent from-prices on every ritual and pass. Pay by PayNow, card or Atome — no hidden charges, no membership trap.

How we work

A day built around your ease

No script, no clock, no sell. Just a quiet rhythm that lets you sink in and stay as long as feels right.

Plan your visit

Arrive & soften

Slip into a robe, leave the city at the door, and ease into the heat circuit so the body is warm and unwound before anything begins.

Be read, not rushed

Your therapist takes a quiet moment to understand your body and your mood, then shapes the ritual around what you actually need that day.

Sink into the ritual

A long massage, a warming wrap or a grounding reflexology — paced slowly, with pressure and warmth checked all the way through.

Rest, don’t hurry

Linger on the relaxation deck or in the garden with a pot of tea for as long as you like. There is never a clock moving you along.

Come and see for yourself

Visit either of our 2 Singapore sanctuaries — day passes and rituals from $88.
