Mental health is health, and a family doctor is often the easiest, least daunting first place to talk — no label, no judgment, just a longer, unhurried conversation about how you’re really doing. We see people struggling with stress, anxiety, low mood, burnout and sleep all the time.
We listen properly, help make sense of what’s going on, and set out the options — whether that’s practical steps, ongoing support with us, or a referral to a counsellor or specialist when that’s the right move. You’re in control of the pace.
Reaching out is the hard part, and we try to make it as ordinary and safe as any other appointment — because it should be.
