What does a barrier serum actually do?
A barrier serum supports the skin’s outer layer with ingredients like ceramides and centella, helping it hold moisture and calm redness. Stronger skin means makeup applies more evenly and is less likely to cling to dry or irritated areas.
Gel or cream moisturiser for Singapore?
For our climate, a lightweight gel moisturiser is often the sweet spot — it hydrates without the heavy, slippery feel that can make foundation slide. Drier skin types may prefer a richer cream at night.
Can I wear serum under makeup?
