Every job has a clear, fixed from-price you see before we come — no hourly meter ticking away. A single small job carries a $40 trip fee to cover getting a handyman and the right tools to you, but that fee is waived the moment you book two or more jobs. That is the whole point of FixWell: stack up your to-do list and get it all done in one visit, with no trip fee.
For the everyday jobs, yes — our handymen are experienced across mounting, assembly, plumbing repairs, common electrical installs and carpentry, which is exactly what most home to-do lists are made of. Where a job genuinely needs a licensed plumber or electrician — a new circuit, board work, major pipe runs — we will tell you honestly and point you the right way rather than attempt something we should not.
Easiest is to build your jobs in the Fix-It List and fire it over, or just WhatsApp us a photo of each thing that needs doing. During opening hours (8am–9pm daily) we usually get back to you within the hour with a price and an estimated visit time, then lock in a slot around your schedule. Plenty of jobs get done the same day or the next, depending on what is free.
Every time. The per-job price lands in your WhatsApp before we leave the workshop, and we run through it again on your doorstep before a single screw is turned. Anything that needs a part gets the part price shown first, and nothing is fitted until you say go. There is no quiet bill-padding at the end — the total is agreed up front.
They are. Each FixWell handyman clears a background check, carries insurance, and sticks with the team rather than rotating through like gig workers — so you keep seeing familiar faces. And because every job is warranty-covered for 60 days, anything that works loose or quits within two months gets a free return visit to set it right.
We bring all our own tools, drills, anchors and dust extraction, and carry the common parts — hinges, handles, locks, washers, brackets, fixings — so most jobs are completed on the first visit without a parts run. For specific items (a particular tap, a designer light fitting), we will let you know if you need to supply it, or we can source it for you.
We cover all of Singapore — HDB flats, condos and landed homes alike — with crews dispatched island-wide every day. Whether you are in the east, the heartlands or town, we can get a handyman to you. The same fair per-job pricing applies wherever you are.
They go no further than us. Your number and any job photos are kept secure and used purely to quote and schedule your visit, fully in keeping with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We will not pass them to anyone else, and we will not pester you with marketing you never asked for.
