What does a FixWell site actually do for my Singapore handyman business?
It turns your trade’s website into a booking engine in about a week from S$900. You get a fast, WhatsApp-first site you can try yourself in the live demo, a booking / enquiry flow, the signature Fix-It List that lets customers stack up multiple jobs into one quote, a full service menu, a regional service-area directory and a numbers-and-trust homepage that wins confidence — all built to turn searches into booked jobs, and yours to own outright with running costs from S$15/mo.
Handyman work in Singapore is won on trust and a clear price — yet plenty of handymen run a single Facebook page or a one-page site with just a phone number, so a homeowner with a to-do list has nowhere to book and no idea what it costs. FixWell flips that: it’s a bold, conversion-first site with a centered hero, a service menu, a trust band, a service-area directory and a multi-job quoting tool, so a busy homeowner can go from “I’ve got five jobs to sort” to a booked visit in a couple of taps.
The signature Fix-It List is the engine, and it’s built around how handyman jobs actually come in bunches. A customer ticks every job they need — mount a TV, fix a tap, assemble a wardrobe — and watches a running total build, with the trip fee dropping off the moment they pick two or more. It then drops the whole list into WhatsApp pre-filled. It quotes for you instantly, nudges customers to stack jobs (a bigger ticket for you), and lands the enquiry warm.
And it’s an asset you own, not a rental. You keep 100% of the code and a self-editable CMS, so you update services, jobs, prices, service areas and the Fix-It List yourself without paying a developer per change. After launch you only pay what you choose — managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo. Start at S$900, then add an appointment calendar, area landing pages, CRM integration or a customer area as you grow, up to around S$2,600 for a fully loaded build.
- Launch in 7–14 days from S$900 — a real booking engine, not a single Facebook page.
- The Fix-It List quotes a whole to-do list instantly and nudges customers to stack jobs.
- WhatsApp-first booking / enquiry turns “I’ve got jobs to do” searches into booked visits.
- A bold hero, service menu, trust band and service-area directory built around how people pick a handyman.
- You own 100% of the code plus a self-editable CMS — update services and prices yourself, no agency lock-in.
- Predictable running costs: managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo, not an open-ended retainer.

What problems does a done-for-you FixWell site fix that DIY and freelancers don’t?
It removes what frustrates most handyman trades: a Facebook-only presence with no booking, no way to quote a mixed list of jobs, no service menu or area pages a customer can browse, a look that doesn’t feel trustworthy, sites you can’t edit, agency lock-in, missing local SEO and surprise costs. You get a complete, WhatsApp-first, conversion-built handyman website — with the Fix-It List, booking flow, a service menu, a service-area directory and a trust band — that you own outright, live in 7–14 days from S$900.
Most handymen trying to fix their web presence hit the same wall. A Facebook page can’t be searched properly on Google, has no booking flow, and turns every enquiry into a DM chase about price and availability for each separate job. A cheap one-page site has no service menu, no area pages and no way to quote. A freelancer can vanish mid-build or hand over something you can’t touch. A full agency may quote thousands and tie you to their platform. FixWell is designed to remove each of those frustrations.
Speed and conversion: instead of months of theme-wrangling, your site is customised from a proven, WhatsApp-first handyman demo and typically delivered in 7–14 days — with a bold hero, the Fix-It List, a full service menu, a service-area directory and a booking flow that actually turn searches into booked jobs.
A look that earns trust: the design is a confident red-and-Open-Sans system with a numbers row, trust feature cards, a dark photo band with red-bulleted promises and red-outlined service cards, so it reads as an organised, reliable company rather than a recoloured template. The Fix-It List and area directory do the “how much, how many jobs and do you cover me” work a Facebook grid never can — on a site you actually own and can be found on.
Ownership and cost: you own 100% of the code and edit everything through a self-editable CMS, so you’re never tied to a retainer. On-page SEO, GA4 and clean markup are delivered as standard. Pricing is a transparent customiser from S$900 to S$2,600 with 3 revision rounds included — no vague “it depends” invoices.
- Facebook-only with no booking → A WhatsApp-first booking / enquiry flow with CTAs on every page.
- Every enquiry is a per-job DM chase → The Fix-It List quotes a whole mixed list and routes customers warm.
- Nothing to browse or price → A full service menu with detail pages, a service-area directory and a multi-job quoting tool.
- Doesn’t look trustworthy → A confident red & Open-Sans design with a numbers row and trust band, tailored to your brand.
- Can’t edit it yourself → A self-editable CMS lets you update services, jobs and prices without a developer.
- Locked into an agency → You own 100% of the code; hosting (from S$15/mo) and care (from S$150/mo) are optional.
- Surprise costs → A transparent customiser shows your price from S$900 to S$2,600 up front, 3 revisions included.

SGBP vs a Singapore agency, freelancer or DIY — which is right for your handyman site?
For a Singapore handyman trade, SGBP customises the live FixWell site — Fix-It List, WhatsApp-first booking, service menu, service-area directory and all — in 7–14 days from S$900 to S$2,600, and you own 100% of the code with no lock-in. Singapore agencies typically quote far more over several weeks; freelancers vary widely; a DIY builder is cheapest but rarely converts or looks trustworthy.
Most Singapore agencies do solid work, but a custom booking-driven trade site is often a multi-thousand-dollar scope spread over weeks — and many keep you on their platform. You can end up paying for process you don’t need when there’s already a proven, WhatsApp-first handyman design ready to customise.
A freelancer can be cheaper and faster, but quality, code ownership and follow-up swing widely — and trade-specific touches like the Fix-It List, a WhatsApp-first booking flow, a service menu and a service-area directory are rarely built in. A DIY website builder is the lowest cash outlay, but it rarely converts, seldom looks genuinely trustworthy, and leaves you wrestling templates instead of doing jobs.
SGBP sits in between on purpose: you start from the live FixWell demo, so you can see and click exactly what you’re buying, then we customise it to your brand and services. Every build is delivered with on-page SEO (with an SEO/AEO upgrade option), SSL, GA4, PDPA-aware forms, a self-editable CMS and a handover manual — the things that often become paid “add-ons” elsewhere.
- Time and cost: 7–14 days, from S$900 to S$2,600 one-time, versus the weeks and far higher fees a custom agency build typically involves.
- Ownership: you keep 100% of the code and your content — no platform lock-in.
- See before you buy: the live FixWell demo is the actual product, Fix-It List and booking flow and all.
- Built to convert: the Fix-It List, WhatsApp booking, bold hero, trust band and service-area directory are part of the build, not quoted extra.
- Singapore-ready: PDPA-aware data handling, local tone and SGD per-job pricing throughout.
- Optional, not obligatory: managed hosting from S$15/mo and a Care plan from S$150/mo if you want it hands-off.

What is under the hood of your FixWell handyman site?
Under the hood is static-first Astro, exactly what this demo runs on, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build, served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching. It is fast, WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, SSL-secured and PDPA-aware — and yours to deploy anywhere.
The native build, exactly what this demo runs on, is static-first Astro with a headless CMS and minimal JavaScript. Prefer a familiar CMS? We build a hardened WordPress (+S$250) or Webflow (+S$200) site instead. Whichever you choose, it’s served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching, so it stays fast during a busy stretch or an ad campaign spike.
We tune for Core Web Vitals: the hero image and service photos are lazy-loaded in modern formats (WebP/AVIF) with set dimensions to avoid layout shift, so the hero, the service grid and the interactive Fix-It List stay snappy on every device — including the phones most customers book from. The Fix-It List’s running total runs efficiently client-side, so the price updates instantly as jobs are ticked.
SSL/HTTPS and security headers are enforced, the booking and enquiry forms are spam-protected, and data handling is PDPA-aware — important when customers share their home address and photos of jobs. Add CRM integration and every booking pipes straight into your trade CRM or mailer. You own 100% of the source code, with no lock-in, so you can host with us from S$15/mo or deploy anywhere yourself.
- Static-first Astro, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build
- Core Web Vitals tuned; WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, semantic HTML
- Interactive Fix-It List runs efficiently client-side for an instant running total
- SSL/HTTPS and security headers; PDPA-aware handling of booking & enquiry data
- Spam-protected booking & enquiry forms with optional CRM / email integration
- Clean SEO markup, XML sitemaps and GA4 included as standard
- 100% source-code ownership, no lock-in, deploy anywhere

Will my FixWell site rank on Google and get quoted by ChatGPT?
Every build is delivered search-ready: clean semantic HTML, a JSON-LD schema graph (LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, Review, Breadcrumb), fast Core Web Vitals, XML sitemaps and Search Console. Answer-first content and Singapore signals — local towns, HDB/condo terms, PDPA, natural local language — give Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and voice assistants what they need to find and quote you. No rankings are guaranteed.
Plenty of trade sites are built to look fine and little else — messy markup, slow pages, no structured data — so neither Google nor AI engines can tell what services you offer or where you cover. We build the opposite. Your FixWell site is delivered with clean semantic HTML5, correct heading order, descriptive alt text, canonical tags and a tidy URL structure. Rankings always depend on your area and competition, but the technical groundwork is done right from day one.
Here’s the jargon in plain terms. SEO helps you rank on Google for searches like “handyman Tampines” or “TV mounting service Singapore”. AEO and AIO help your content get surfaced and quoted by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews when someone asks “who’s a reliable handyman in Singapore?”. GEO makes sure those answers know you serve Singapore specifically. Voice covers Siri, Google Assistant and Alexa.
The engine is a JSON-LD schema graph baked into every page: LocalBusiness and Service markup so your trade and services are machine-readable; FAQPage so your common answers can be lifted into AI replies; Review markup for trust; BreadcrumbList for structure. The service-area directory is a genuine local-SEO asset, and the advanced SEO/AEO pack adds speakable markup, Bing and Search Console setup, per-area landing pages and an answer-engine optimisation pass — an optional upgrade on the S$900 base build.
- Clean semantic markup: HTML5 structure, logical headings, descriptive alt text and canonical tags.
- Full JSON-LD schema graph: LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage, Review and BreadcrumbList — eligible for rich results and readable by AI engines.
- Service & area pages target high-intent local long-tail: “furniture assembly Bishan”, “handyman near me Tampines” and AI-Overview-style questions.
- Fast Core Web Vitals: image-optimised, mobile-first pages — a Google ranking factor that also keeps customers from bouncing.
- Answer-first content: service copy and FAQs written question-led and concise, so AI engines can quote them cleanly.
- Sitemaps & Search Console: XML and image sitemaps plus robots.txt submitted to Google (and Bing).
- Singapore signals: a real service-area directory, HDB/condo/landed terms, PDPA-aware handling and natural local language throughout.
- You own 100% of the code with a self-editable CMS — update a service and its SEO fields and schema update automatically.

What does each page of my FixWell handyman site actually look like?
You get a full trade site, not a single page: a bold conversion homepage, a service menu, a detail page per service, a regional service-area directory, an about page, a get-a-price / contact page, a reviews page, an FAQ and a dedicated page for the signature Fix-It List — rebuilt with your brand, services and tone.
We start from the live FixWell demo and rebuild every page around your trade, brand and services. Nothing stays as filler: your services, jobs, prices, copy, imagery, service areas and reviews replace the demo content, and each page keeps the features that make the demo convert — the bold hero, the trust band, the Fix-It List, the service menu and the booking flow — wired to you.
Every page is delivered mobile-first with clean SEO markup, PDPA-aware forms and a self-editable CMS, so you can swap a hero image, add a service or update a price long after handover. The pages below are what’s included in the base S$900 build; site scope, an appointment calendar, advanced SEO, a customer area and CRM integration are where the customiser adds cost, up to S$2,600.
Singapore signals are built in where they help: a real regional service-area directory, local town references, a local tone, and honest copy throughout. You own 100% of the code, and it’s typically delivered in 7–14 days.
- Homepage — a bold centered hero, an intro split, a red numbers row, a black-pill contact strip, trust feature cards, a dark red-bulleted trust band, a red-outlined service grid, a how-it-works flow, reviews, a dark before-you-hire band and the regional service-area directory — all rebranded to you.
- Services menu — every service grouped by category, each card with a blurb, on-site time, from-price and a details CTA.
- Service detail — a hero image, on-site time and pricing, what’s involved, what it includes, typical jobs and related services.
- Fix-It List — a dedicated page hosting the signature multi-job basket tool and a trip-fee explainer.
- Service areas — a regional directory of the neighbourhoods you cover, a real local-SEO asset.
- About — your trade’s story, the handymen and the values you stand by.
- Get a price & contact — a quote-request form (no cart): job type, property, area, time and a PDPA-aware consent, plus a WhatsApp option.
- Reviews — a fuller wall of customer reviews with the headline rating and a numbers band.
- FAQ — an accordion of common questions, ready for FAQ schema.
- Footer & navigation — a full footer with a red CTA band, service, company and contact columns, plus a sticky header with a Services dropdown and a get-a-price CTA.

Can the FixWell site scale from a solo handyman to a multi-crew trade as I grow?
Yes. Your site starts lean at five pages and scales to a 20+ page trade brand with a full service library, per-area landing pages, an appointment calendar, a customer area, CRM integration and even a second language. Add WhatsApp booking and the Fix-It List from day one. Because you own 100% of the code, there is no platform lock-in holding you back.
Most handyman trades launch with a focused presence and broaden as they grow. FixWell is built for that curve. Day one you might run a tight five-page site with a home, services, service areas and booking. As you grow, the customiser lets you step up to 10 or 20+ pages, adding a detail page per service, per-area landing pages for the towns you cover and a home-tips content engine — so growing the site is a content exercise rather than a rebuild.
Growth is also more channels and more automation. The native Astro build shown in the demo is delivered as a fast, static, mobile-first site served over a global CDN, so a busy stretch or an ad spike is far less likely to slow it down. When you’re ready, switch on an online appointment calendar so customers self-book a slot, and add CRM integration so every booking flows into your follow-up.
Serving more languages? A multilingual content layer can be added across key pages, with your Singapore positioning staying native. The real future-proofing is ownership: you hold 100% of the code and your content, delivered with a handover manual in 7–14 days, so the same codebase extends instead of forcing a restart.
- Site scope scales from 5 to 20+ pages; add services, per-area landing pages and a tips engine as content rather than a rebuild
- The service menu, Fix-It List and service-area directory keep a larger site fast and easy to navigate on mobile
- The native Astro build is static and CDN-served, so it stays fast through busy stretches or campaign spikes; WordPress / Webflow builds are hardened and CDN-served too
- Automate as you grow: an online appointment calendar plus CRM integration for follow-ups
- Add channels: WhatsApp capture, live chat and a customer / job-history area for repeat customers
- A multilingual content layer is available for more customers, with your Singapore positioning native
- You own 100% of the code and your content, so there is no forced re-platform as you scale

Can I run my FixWell site myself without a developer?
Yes. Your site is delivered with a self-editable CMS, so you add and edit services, jobs, prices, service areas, the Fix-It List’s items and pages, and check your GA4 numbers without touching code. Every task is documented in a plain-English handover manual, and you own 100% of the build. Most non-technical owners get the hang of it quickly.
Running a trade site is mostly small, repeatable updates: a new service, a price change, a fresh photo, a handyman joining the crew, a new area you’ve started covering. We build all of this into a clean CMS dashboard, so you log in, change the thing you came to change and hit publish. No staging files, no FTP, no “please email the developer”.
Each module from the live demo has a matching settings panel. Your services and prices, the Fix-It List’s jobs and the trip-fee rule, your service areas, and the booking-form routing are all configurable from labelled fields. The form recipient is editable too, so bookings reach the right inbox or WhatsApp.
Your site is delivered in 7–14 days with on-page SEO, SSL, GA4 and a PDPA-aware setup. If you ever get stuck, the step-by-step handover manual walks through every task, and your 3 included revision rounds (plus an optional Care plan from S$150/mo) mean help is on hand. But the day-to-day is genuinely designed for a non-technical owner to manage solo.
- Add or edit a service — set the name, category, blurb, on-site time and from-price, and it appears in the menu automatically.
- Edit the Fix-It List — add or reprice the individual jobs and set the trip-fee rule.
- Update prices — change any from-price in a click; the site and Fix-It List update together.
- Manage service areas — add or remove the neighbourhoods in the regional directory.
- Edit a page or hero — update the homepage hero, about and contact copy without code.
- Manage bookings — set the form recipient, service / area routing and the PDPA consent wording.
- Check your GA4 numbers — see visitors, top services, Fix-It List usage and bookings in Google Analytics.

Handyman website — frequently asked questions
Quick answers on cost, what’s included, timelines, ownership, platforms, the Fix-It List, WhatsApp booking, SEO/AEO, PDPA and revisions for a done-for-you handyman website in Singapore.
How much does a handyman website cost in Singapore?
A done-for-you handyman website in Singapore costs between S$900 and S$2,600 with SGBP. The S$900 base covers a complete, mobile-ready trade site with the Fix-It List tool and a WhatsApp-first booking / enquiry flow built in; the price rises only as you add a platform like WordPress, more pages, per-area landing pages, an appointment calendar or branding. You see the exact figure live in the customiser before you pay.
What exactly do I get for the price?
You get a fully designed and developed site built from the live FixWell demo, your services and jobs set up, the Fix-It List tool, a WhatsApp-first booking / enquiry flow, a regional service-area directory, a self-editable CMS, full source-code ownership, on-page SEO, SSL, analytics, PDPA-aware forms, 3 revision rounds and a step-by-step handover manual. Everything you select in the customiser is itemised in your order summary.
How long does it take to build and launch?
Most handyman sites are designed, built and launched in 7 to 14 days from payment. Larger 20+ page sites, per-area landing pages, an appointment calendar, a customer area or CRM integration can sit at the upper end of that range. We send a private preview link first, you use your revisions, then we launch on your domain.
Do I own the website and can I edit it myself?
Yes. You own 100% of the code and your content outright — there is no licence trap and no agency lock-in. Every build is delivered with a self-editable CMS so you can add services, change prices and refresh photos yourself, with a plain-English manual to guide you.
What is the Fix-It List and how does it help?
It is the signature interactive tool, built around how handyman jobs come in bunches: a customer ticks every job they need and watches a running total build, with the trip fee dropping off the moment they pick two or more. It then drops the whole list into WhatsApp pre-filled. It quotes for you instantly, nudges customers to stack jobs into a bigger ticket, and lands the enquiry warm. It is fully editable in the CMS, so your own jobs and prices drive it.
Is this a shop — does it have a cart or checkout?
No, and deliberately so. Handyman work is a service-booking business, so the site has a WhatsApp-first booking / enquiry flow instead of an e-commerce cart. The job of the site is to turn searches into booked visits via the Fix-It List, service menu, service-area directory, booking form and WhatsApp. The Fix-It List builds a quote, not a checkout.
Will the design actually look trustworthy, or is it a recoloured template?
It is a genuinely distinct trade design — a confident red-and-Open-Sans palette with a numbers row, trust feature cards, a dark red-bulleted promise band, red-outlined service cards and a regional area directory — built to read as an organised, reliable company. We customise the brand, colours, type, imagery and copy to you, so it reads as your business rather than a generic theme.
Which platform should I choose — Astro, WordPress or Webflow?
The native Astro build shown in the demo is the fastest and cheapest to run and the best for SEO. Choose WordPress if your team already knows it and wants full control, or Webflow for a visual in-browser editor. The customiser shows the exact price difference for each option.
Can customers book over WhatsApp and via a form?
Yes. Every build includes WhatsApp-first CTAs throughout plus a PDPA-aware quote-request form that routes to your inbox. The Fix-It List sends a whole job list to WhatsApp pre-filled. Add the online appointment calendar for true self-service slot booking, and CRM integration to pipe bookings into your follow-up.
Will the site rank on Google and show up in AI search?
Yes. Every build is delivered with an SEO foundation — clean markup, fast Core Web Vitals, sitemaps and LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ and Review structured data, well suited to local handyman searches. The service-area directory is a real local-SEO asset, and the Advanced SEO / AEO pack adds a full schema graph, answer-engine optimisation, per-area landing pages and Search Console setup so you can be found on Google and quoted by AI assistants. Rankings are never guaranteed.
How is customer data handled under PDPA?
We handle information in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and your site is delivered with SSL/HTTPS by default. Booking and enquiry details, including any job photos, are stored securely, consented and never sold, and the forms include PDPA consent wording. If you add a customer area, gated content is access-controlled.
What are revisions and how many are included?
A revision is a round of changes you request after seeing your preview — copy tweaks, layout changes, colour adjustments, content edits, Fix-It List job changes and the like. Three rounds are included free. If you want more breathing room you can add extra rounds at S$200 each in the customiser.
Do I need hosting and maintenance?
No — you can host the site yourself since the code is yours. If you would rather not, add Managed or Pro Hosting and a Care plan in the customiser (billed monthly or annually). Care covers updates, backups, security and small content changes so you can focus on the jobs.
