Tinggal — “to stay” in Malay — began with a group of friends and one frustrating truth: getting a good villa within reach of Singapore meant trawling listings, squinting at flattering photos, and crossing your fingers that the fees and the journey would somehow work out.
So we did it the slow way. We visited homes, stayed in them, and kept only the ones we’d happily send our own family to. Then we built a Singapore stay desk to handle the bit that ruins most trips — the ferries, the drivers, the housekeeping, the “who do I call when something breaks”.
Everything we do follows from two rules. First, you always book the whole villa — never a room, never shared space. Second, you settle exactly what we quote you, in Singapore dollars, with nothing buried in the small print. A small collection, on purpose, so we can actually stand behind every home in it.

One named host per stay, replying within the hour in SGT. If the aircon sulks or you want a chef, you message a person, not a call centre.

You settle exactly what we quote you, with cleaning and service already inside the nightly rate, shown in SGD. Pay by PayNow, card or Atome. Never the word "GST".
