Both, under one studio — and that’s the point. We handle interior design (residential and commercial), full renovations, space planning, design consultation and made-to-measure carpentry, all in-house. Designing and building under one roof means the home that gets built is the home that was designed, with one team accountable from the first sketch to the final styling, rather than a designer and a contractor blaming each other.
It depends enormously on your property, which rooms you’re doing and the finish level — a single-room essential refresh might run a few-thousand-dollar figure, whereas a top-to-bottom signature renovation of a landed property sits far higher. The Renovation Cost Estimator returns a candid budget band in moments from the property, the rooms you tick and the package you choose, and the firm figure follows a consultation and site visit.
A full-home HDB or condo renovation typically runs 8 to 14 weeks on site, after a design phase of around 3 to 4 weeks. Interior-design-only projects and single rooms are faster; landed homes and extensive structural work take longer. We give you a programme with a delivery date before we start and plan the trades backwards from it, so the timeline is a commitment, not a guess.
Yes — the design fee covers the genuine effort of developing your concept, layout, 3D visuals, material selection and the detailed drawings the build runs on. For consultations and design packages it’s credited back against your project once you build with us, so for most clients it simply rolls into the overall cost rather than sitting on top. Think of it as buying certainty before anything is hacked, not a sunk cost.
A typical project runs consult and brief, then design and visualisation (concept, space planning, materials, lighting and 3D visuals you can walk through), then build and project management under a fixed scope, then styling and handover with a workmanship warranty. You see the home in 3D before anything is built, approve the scope and budget in writing, and have one project manager as your single point of contact throughout.
All three, plus commercial spaces. The approach scales — the same design thinking and one-studio accountability apply whether it’s a 3-room HDB refresh or a full landed-home renovation. The Renovation Cost Estimator covers each property type, and we handle the relevant HDB, MCST or landed requirements and submissions as part of the project.
That’s exactly why we design and build under one studio. Because the team that drew the visuals also manages the build, the finished home matches the renders closely — materials, proportions, lighting and detailing carry through intact, rather than getting value-engineered away by a separate contractor. Clients are often struck by how faithfully the built home tracks the visuals they approved.
Anything you share with us — your contact details, floor plans, photos and the designs we produce — is used purely to plan, design and deliver your project, in keeping with what Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) requires. It’s never traded or shared past the people building your home, and every design we draw up for you stays yours.
