Not quite. An interior designer typically handles renovation, built-ins and the hard structure of a space. A stylist works with the layout, furniture, lighting, textiles, art and the finishing layer that makes a room feel warm and finished — usually with no hacking or fit-out. Studio Nook is a styling studio: we make the home you have feel beautiful, rather than rebuilding it.

Almost never. Most of our projects start by editing, repositioning and celebrating what you already own, then adding only the handful of pieces that make the biggest difference. Our Refresh package in particular is built entirely around your existing furniture. We’ll always tell you what to keep before we suggest anything to buy.

Our packages start at S$240 for an hour-long consult and S$680 for a single-room Refresh, with full Room Styling from S$1,480 per room and whole-home schemes from S$3,200. The exact figure depends on the number of rooms, the scope and your furnishing budget, which is separate. We agree the styling fee upfront — no surprises.

Both, happily. We style HDB resale and BTO flats, new and older condos, and the occasional landed home. A good number of the projects we’re proudest of are HDB flats — there’s real joy in making a heartland home feel warm and personal. The styling approach adapts to the space and your budget, whatever the property type.

Room Styling is fully done-for-you: we consult, source everything and style it in your home on an install day. E-Design is the online version — we send you a complete moodboard, layout and clickable shopping list, and you buy and style it yourself at your own pace, with our notes guiding you. E-Design suits hands-on people and smaller budgets; Room Styling suits those who’d rather enjoy the reveal.

Yes — Home Staging is one of our specialities. We declutter, depersonalise and bring in a light, neutral kit so your flat photographs beautifully and feels bigger and brighter at viewings, usually within a week to hit your listing deadline. Agents and owners both use us, and we keep it honest — just your home at its genuine best.

A Consult is an hour and a Refresh is half a day on-site with a list to follow. Full Room Styling typically runs four to six weeks from consult to install day, whole-home schemes a little longer, and Home Staging is usually about a week. E-Design is delivered in two to three weeks, then rolled out at your pace. We’ll give you a clear timeline at the consult.
