A deep-red cold-press of beetroot, apple, carrot and ginger — earthy, sweet and seriously vivid.
Ruby Root is the one regulars get evangelical about. Beetroot is the backbone — earthy and naturally sweet — balanced with apple and carrot so it never tastes like soil, and lifted with a proper hit of ginger and a squeeze of lemon at the end.
A lot of our endurance crowd drink it before a run or a ride; beet juice has a real reputation among that group, and the cold-press keeps it potent. It is the deepest, most striking colour on the menu, somewhere between ruby and magenta.
It is an acquired love rather than a crowd-pleaser, but the people who like it really like it. If you are new to beet juice, this is a gentle, well-balanced place to start.
