About this build
Sunray Gold is the press we are known for, and the one we built the bar around. It is mostly ripe mango and freshly pressed orange, with carrot for body and a small knock of turmeric for warmth — bright, tropical and not too sweet, because we let the fruit do the talking instead of adding syrup.
We press it cold, which means no heat and no oxidising blade, so the flavour and the colour stay vivid and the nutrients are not cooked off. It is made the morning you drink it, not bottled days ahead, and that is the whole difference you taste.
It is the glass we hand anyone who says they do not really like green juice. Almost everyone finishes it, and a fair few are back the next morning.
