For most first-timers we suggest a Signature Lash Lift, or a Lift and Tint if your lashes are on the paler side. It works with the lashes you already have, needs no upkeep beyond a quick brush each morning, and grows out softly rather than looking patchy. If you have your heart set on extensions, a Classic set is the gentlest way in. We always walk you through the options before anything starts, and never nudge you toward a fuller set than you actually need.
A lash lift lasts the length of a natural lash cycle — typically six to eight weeks — after which your lashes shed and renew as they always do, so the curl grows out gradually rather than dropping all at once. There is nothing to fill, so you simply rebook when you feel the curl softening. A lift suits people who want wide-awake eyes with no maintenance between visits.
A Classic set places one lightweight extension on each natural lash for a soft, mascara-like definition. A Hybrid set mixes classic extensions with light hand-made fans for feathery, textured fullness. A Volume set uses fans of several ultra-fine lashes per natural lash for a full, fluffy, glam look. We map whichever you choose to your eye shape so it flatters rather than overwhelms, and we are honest about which fits your routine.
Done properly, no. Damage almost always comes from sets that are too heavy, glue that is over-applied, or extensions picked off at home. We keep weights light, isolate each natural lash, patch test first, and always remove a set gently with a cream solvent rather than pulling. We will also tell you honestly if your lashes need a rest before a new set.
Yes — we patch test before your first lift, tint or set of extensions, ideally at least 24 hours ahead. It is a tiny amount of the products applied behind the ear or on the inner arm to check your skin is happy with them. Eyes are sensitive, and a quick patch test is the simplest way to make sure your appointment is comfortable and reaction-free. It only needs doing once unless it has been a long while between visits.
Extensions look their best with a fill every two to three weeks, as your natural lashes shed and the set thins out over time. A lighter classic set can stretch a little longer; a fuller volume set rewards more frequent fills. Lifts, lamination and tints are not filled — you simply rebook them when they soften, usually every five to eight weeks. We will give you an honest schedule that fits how you actually live.
After the first 24 hours, yes — just keep to oil-free, lash-safe products around the eyes, since oil breaks down both lash adhesive and a lift over time. Skip waterproof mascara, cleanse gently, and brush your lashes up each morning. Steam rooms and very hot saunas can shorten a set, so go easy on those if you want maximum wear. We send you off with a simple aftercare card.
After your appointment wraps up you can settle by PayNow or card, billed in Singapore dollars. For a longer first-time treatment like a volume set, a small PayNow holding sum is sometimes collected at booking — it is credited straight back against the price on the day. Ask us anything about it at the time and we will explain.
That is completely fine — a day or so of warning is all we need to pass the time to another guest, since every slot is a generous block of one artist’s undivided attention. Volume sets take longer, so a touch more heads-up helps there. Anything you have already put down simply rolls over to your new appointment.
Anything you give us — your contact number and any notes on sensitivities or past reactions — stays confidential and is handled under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We use it purely to run your appointments and aftercare; it is never passed on, traded or sold to anyone.
