Iris Model Management is a Singapore agency representing women, men, new faces and curve models for editorial, runway, campaign and content work. We are a small, hands-on board: every model is met in person, photographed properly, and developed at the pace that suits them.

Renee Ong founded Iris after a decade booking for shows and campaigns across the region, frustrated that good local faces kept getting overlooked for imported ones. The board is built around Singapore — Orchard Road editorials, Marina Bay campaigns, Fashion Week shows — with the regional reach to send models on assignment when a client needs it.

For clients, that means a shortlist you can trust and a booker who picks up the phone. For models, it means honest representation, fair rates and someone in your corner — from your first test shoot to your first cover.
