What does an Iris-style board website actually do for my modelling agency in Singapore?
It gives you a board that wins bookings, not just one that looks editorial — live in about a week from S$500 instead of a S$5,000+ custom build. You get a filterable model board you can try in the live demo, a Casting Shortlist Builder that turns brand briefs into enquiries, an asset you own outright, and running costs from S$15/mo rather than an open-ended retainer.
Speed and cost are the headline win. A bespoke agency website from a Singapore studio typically runs several thousand dollars and drags over weeks of calls, while a generic template rarely does a dense portrait board justice and makes booking clunky. The Iris build gives you a polished, editorial board, customised to your models and divisions, live in 7–14 days from S$500 — so you can pitch brands and casting directors with a real link this month, not next quarter.
Crucially, it is built to win bookings, not just to be admired. Every element you can click in the live demo earns its place: the division filters let an art director jump straight to Women, Men, New Faces or Curved; each portrait card carries the name and measurement sheet a booker needs at a glance; individual profiles show selected work and a clear "Book this model" enquiry; and the signature Casting Shortlist Builder lets a brand filter by division, job type and look to a live shortlist with an indicative SGD day-rate band, then send it as a brief. That removes the back-and-forth that loses a casting at the first step.
Finally, it is an asset you own and can grow, not a rental. You keep 100% of the code and a self-editable CMS, so you add a new signing, update a model’s measurements or move them between divisions yourself without paying a developer per change. After launch you only pay what you choose — managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo — instead of an open-ended retainer. Start lean at S$500, then add a news section, an SEO pack, a booking-deposit funnel or a bigger board as you sign more faces, up to S$1,800 for a fully loaded build.
- Launch in 7–14 days from S$500 — versus the several thousand dollars and weeks a custom agency website typically takes in Singapore.
- Booking funnel built in: filterable board, measurement sheets, the Casting Shortlist Builder and a brief form designed to turn brand interest into confirmed bookings.
- Fewer lost castings: a clear shortlist-to-brief flow with an optional PayNow option/deposit, so a keen client can hold dates on the spot.
- Mobile-first and fast — the way casting directors first open your board on their phone — with dense portrait grids tuned to Core Web Vitals.
- You own 100% of the code plus a self-editable CMS — add signings and edit measurements yourself, no agency lock-in or per-change fees.
- Predictable running costs: managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo, not an open-ended monthly retainer.

What problems does a done-for-you Iris board fix that DIY and freelancers don’t?
It removes the seven things that frustrate most Singapore agencies: slow launches, a board that looks generic, portrait grids that load slowly, sites you can’t update yourself, agency lock-in, no SEO and no clear way for brands to enquire. You get a complete, editorial board and casting funnel you own outright, live in 7–14 days from S$500.
Most Singapore agencies and new boards try one of four routes and hit the same wall. A free template looks generic and crushes your models into slow, cramped grids with nowhere to show measurements. A cheap web freelancer can disappear mid-build or hand over something you cannot touch — a problem when your board changes every month with new signings. A full agency may quote several thousand dollars and tie you to their platform. And DIY eats the evenings you would rather spend scouting and booking. The Iris build is designed to remove each of those frustrations, not just shift them around.
Speed and craft: instead of months of fiddling, your board is customised from a proven, editorial model-agency demo and typically delivered in 7–14 days, with portrait cards laid out so each face loads sharp alongside the measurement sheet a booker actually reads. Credibility: the cream editorial layout, division structure, client logos and a clean agency story help a newer board look established from day one — which matters when a brand is deciding whether to trust you with a campaign.
Conversion: this is not a digital lookbook. The division filters, per-model profiles with selected work, the Casting Shortlist Builder and a clear booking-brief form with an optional option/deposit are all built to move a brand from browsing your board to actually enquiring — the levers a working agency lives or dies on. Most pretty board sites quietly leak every casting because there is no obvious next step.
Ownership and cost: you own 100% of the code and edit everything through a self-editable CMS, so you are never tied to an agency retainer when your board turns over. On-page SEO, GA4 and clean markup are delivered as standard, and PDPA-aware handling of model digitals and measurements is built in. Pricing is a transparent customiser from S$500 to S$1,800 with 3 revision rounds included — no vague ‘it depends’ invoices.
- Too slow to launch → Your board is built from the live Iris demo and typically handed over in 7–14 days, so you can pitch brands with a real link sooner.
- Looks generic → Cream editorial layout, division structure, measurement sheets and client logos help a newer board look established and bookable.
- Slow, cramped portrait grids → Dense, lazy-loaded board cards tuned to Core Web Vitals so a big board stays sharp and fast on mobile.
- Can’t update it yourself → A self-editable CMS plus a plain-English handover manual let you add a signing, update measurements or move a model between divisions without paying anyone.
- Locked into an agency → You own 100% of the code and can host it anywhere; managed hosting (from S$15/mo) and a care plan (from S$150/mo) are optional, never compulsory.
- No SEO foundation → On-page SEO, clean markup and GA4 are delivered as standard, with an advanced SEO/AEO pack available if you want to push harder on visibility.
- No way to enquire → The Casting Shortlist Builder plus a booking-brief form with topic routing and an optional PayNow deposit, so interested brands have an obvious next step.

SGBP vs a Singapore agency, freelancer or DIY — which is right for your model board?
For a Singapore modelling-agency website, SGBP customises the live Iris board in 7–14 days from S$500 to S$1,800, and you own 100% of the code with no lock-in. Singapore web agencies typically quote far more over several weeks; web freelancers vary widely; DIY template builders are cheapest in cash but slow and rarely do a measurement-driven board justice.
Most Singapore web agencies do excellent work, but a custom board site is often a four- to five-figure scope spread over several weeks of discovery calls, wireframes and revisions — and many keep you on their platform and a retainer. You can end up paying for process you do not need when there is already a proven, editorial model-board design ready to customise to your roster.
A web freelancer can be cheaper and faster, but quality, code ownership and follow-up swing widely from person to person — and board-specific touches like division filters, portrait cards with measurement sheets, per-model profiles and a Casting Shortlist Builder are rarely built in. DIY on a template builder is the lowest cash outlay, but it can quietly cost you evenings, and the result often squeezes your models into slow, generic grids with no room for stats.
SGBP sits in between on purpose: you start from the live Iris demo, so you can see exactly what you are buying before you commit, then we customise it to your brand, models and divisions. Every build is delivered with on-page SEO (with an SEO/AEO upgrade option), SSL, GA4, a booking-enquiry form, PDPA-aware model-data handling, a self-editable CMS and a handover manual — the things that often become paid ‘add-ons’ elsewhere.
- Time and cost: 7–14 days, from S$500 to S$1,800 one-time, versus the weeks and far higher fees a custom agency build typically involves.
- Ownership: you keep 100% of the code and a CMS you can edit yourself as your board changes — no agency lock-in.
- See before you buy: the live Iris demo is the actual product, so there is no guesswork about quality or layout.
- Built for agencies: division filters, measurement-sheet cards, model profiles, the Casting Shortlist Builder and a booking funnel are part of the build, not quoted extra.
- Singapore-ready: a booking-brief form with an optional PayNow option/deposit, SGD day-rates and PDPA-aware model-data handling.
- Optional, not obligatory: managed hosting from S$15/mo and a Care plan from S$150/mo if you want it hands-off — never required to launch.

What is under the hood of your Iris board website?
Under the hood is static-first Astro, exactly what this demo runs on, or a hardened WordPress, Webflow or Squarespace-style build, served over a global CDN with modern image compression and caching. It is fast even with a dense portrait board, WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, SSL-secured, PDPA-aware for model data, and yours to deploy anywhere.
The native build, exactly what this demo runs on, is static-first Astro with a headless CMS and minimal JavaScript — ideal for a board because pages stay light even when a division carries dozens of full-bleed portrait cards. Prefer a hosted platform? We build a hardened WordPress (+S$250), Webflow (+S$200) or Squarespace-style (+S$200) site instead. Whichever you choose, it is served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching.
We tune hard for Core Web Vitals because portrait grids are where most agency sites get slow. Images are lazy-loaded in modern formats (WebP/AVIF) with set dimensions to avoid layout shift, and the board and Casting Shortlist Builder stay snappy on mobile — where most casting directors first open your link. The shortlist builder runs client-side, so filtering a brief to a live shortlist and an SGD rate band is instant, with no page reloads.
SSL/HTTPS and security headers are enforced, the enquiry form is spam-protected, and model digitals, measurements and enquiry data are handled in a PDPA-aware way. Add the booking-deposit feature and you get PCI-compliant payments through HitPay, including PayNow, so a client can hold a date on the spot. You own 100% of the source code, with no lock-in, so you can host with us from S$15/mo or deploy anywhere yourself.
- Static-first Astro, or a hardened WordPress, Webflow or Squarespace-style build
- Image-optimised: lazy-loaded WebP/AVIF portrait cards, set dimensions, no layout shift
- Client-side Casting Shortlist Builder — instant filtering to a shortlist + SGD rate band
- Core Web Vitals tuned; WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, semantic HTML
- SSL/HTTPS and security headers; PDPA-aware model-data & enquiry handling
- PCI-compliant option/deposit payments via HitPay with PayNow (booking add-on)
- Clean SEO markup, XML/image sitemaps and GA4 included as standard
- 100% source-code ownership, no lock-in, deploy anywhere

Will my Iris board rank on Google and get quoted when someone asks an AI for a Singapore modelling agency?
Every build is delivered search-ready: clean semantic HTML, a JSON-LD schema graph (Organization, ImageObject, Person, FAQ, Breadcrumb), fast Core Web Vitals, XML/image sitemaps and Search Console. Answer-first copy and Singapore signals — SGD day-rates, PDPA, areaServed Singapore — give Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and voice assistants the structure they need to surface and quote you. No rankings are guaranteed.
Plenty of done-for-you agency sites are built to look good and little else — portrait images with no alt text, slow pages, no structured data — so neither Google nor AI engines can really tell who you are or who is on your board. We build the opposite. Your Iris board is delivered with clean semantic HTML5, correct heading order, descriptive alt text on every model portrait, canonical tags and a tidy URL structure — the foundation search engines and crawlers reward. Rankings always depend on your niche and competition, but the technical groundwork is done right from day one.
Here is what the jargon means in plain terms. SEO helps you rank on Google for searches like ‘modelling agency Singapore’ or ‘book a model Singapore’. AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and AIO (AI Optimisation) help your board get surfaced and quoted by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews when someone asks ‘which agency books curve models in Singapore?’. GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) makes sure those answers know you serve Singapore specifically. Voice covers Siri, Google Assistant and Alexa — short, spoken-friendly answers they can read aloud.
The engine behind this is a JSON-LD schema graph baked into every page: Organization markup so your agency is unambiguous; Person and ImageObject markup so each model on the board is machine-readable; FAQPage so your rates and booking answers can be lifted into AI replies; and BreadcrumbList so paths like Board → Women → Mei-Anne Koh are crawlable. The advanced SEO/AEO pack adds speakable markup, Bing and Search Console setup and an answer-engine optimisation pass — an optional upgrade on the S$500 base build.
- Clean semantic markup: HTML5 structure, logical headings, descriptive alt text and canonical tags — built for crawlers and AI parsers, not just browsers.
- Full JSON-LD schema graph: Organization, Person, ImageObject, FAQPage and BreadcrumbList — your agency, models and FAQs become readable by Google and AI engines.
- Fast Core Web Vitals: image-optimised, mobile-first board — page experience is a Google ranking factor and keeps casting directors from bouncing off a slow grid.
- Answer-first content: agency, rates and FAQ copy written question-led and concise, so AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity can quote it and voice assistants can read it aloud.
- Sitemaps & Search Console: XML and image sitemaps plus robots.txt submitted to Google (and Bing) so new signings get found and indexed sooner.
- Singapore signals: SGD day-rates, PDPA-aware model-data handling, areaServed Singapore and natural local terms so you surface for local casting searches.
- On-page SEO on every page, included from the S$500 base — titles, meta descriptions, Open Graph and Twitter cards for clean social and AI link previews.
- You own 100% of the code with a self-editable CMS — add a model and its SEO fields and schema update automatically, no developer needed.

What does each page of my Iris board website actually look like?
You get a full modelling-agency website, not a template: an editorial board homepage, division board pages (Women, Men, New Faces, Curved or your own), per-model profiles with measurement sheets and selected work, the Casting Shortlist Builder, an agency/about page, a Become a Model application, a news section and a booking-enquiry page — rebuilt with your models, brand and SGD rates.
We start from the live Iris demo and rebuild every page around your roster, brand and tone. Nothing stays as filler: your model portraits, names, measurements, divisions, copy and bios replace the demo content, and each page keeps the features that make the demo work — the filterable board, measurement-sheet cards, model profiles and the Casting Shortlist Builder — wired to your own roster.
Every page is delivered mobile-first with clean SEO markup, a spam-protected enquiry form and a self-editable CMS, so you can add a signing, update measurements or move a model between divisions long after handover. The pages below are what is included in the base S$500 build; board size, the news section, advanced SEO and the booking features are where the customiser adds cost, up to S$1,800.
Singapore signals are built in where they help clients trust and book you: your day-rates show in S$, model data is handled PDPA-aware, and the optional booking deposit runs through PayNow / HitPay. You own 100% of the code, and it is typically delivered in 7–14 days.
- Homepage — an editorial intro line, a division filter bar, a board grid of portrait cards (name + measurement sheet), the WOMEN/MEN/NEW FACES division tiles, a dark "Agency" divider band, a two-column agency note and a Casting Shortlist Builder teaser — all rebranded to you.
- Board / division pages — a centered serif division title, a filter pill bar with live counts (All / Women / Men / New Faces / Curved, or your own divisions) and a dense portrait card grid where each card carries the name and metric + imperial measurement rows.
- Model profile — a single page per model: a big portrait, a full measurement stat sheet (height, bust, waist, hips, shoe, hair, eyes, division), selected-work frames, a magazine-cover tag where relevant, and a clear "Book this model" enquiry plus "Add to a shortlist".
- Casting Shortlist Builder — your signature tool: a client picks division, job type and look, and gets a live shortlist of matching board models plus an indicative SGD day-rate band, ready to send as a brief over WhatsApp or the form.
- Agency — your story, founder, stats, a studio/location block and client testimonials — real, editable copy that builds trust and supports SEO.
- Become a Model — a PDPA-aware application form (name, age, division, height, snaps) with a clear "what happens next" flow, so you keep a steady scouting pipeline.
- News — a journal of shows, signings and behind-the-scenes that pulls in free search traffic and keeps the board feeling alive.
- Contact & booking — a working booking-brief form with job-type and division routing, your WhatsApp and email, and an optional PayNow option/deposit so a keen client can hold dates.
- Day-rate guide (optional) — an interactive guide that shows indicative bands by job type, so brands self-qualify before they enquire.

Can the Iris board scale from 6 models to a 20+ multi-division roster with a full booking funnel as my agency grows?
Yes. Your board starts lean at 6 models and scales to a 20+ roster across multiple divisions with faceted filtering, plus a news section, an agency/rates section and a full enquiry-to-deposit booking funnel. Add an Instagram feed, a day-rate guide and WhatsApp briefs as you grow. Because you own 100% of the code, nothing holds you back from extending it.
Most Singapore boards launch tight and grow as they sign. The Iris build is made for that curve. Day one you might show 6 of your strongest faces across one or two divisions. As you sign more, the customiser lets you step up to 12, 20, or a 20+ roster with faceted division navigation and tags, so adding a new model is a CMS upload rather than a rebuild. The division filters, measurement-sheet cards and Casting Shortlist Builder you saw in the demo keep a large board easy to browse and cast from on any phone.
Growth is not only more models, it is more demand and more ways to be booked. The native Astro build shown in the demo is delivered as a fast, static, mobile-first site served over a global CDN, so a Fashion Week feature, a viral signing or a campaign launch is far less likely to slow it down or run up a server bill, and your optional Managed Hosting keeps it online. (If you choose WordPress, Webflow or a Squarespace-style build instead, you get a hardened, CDN-served build on that platform.) When you are ready to convert more of that attention, add the booking-brief form with a PayNow option/deposit, an Instagram feed that auto-updates, a day-rate guide that lets brands self-qualify, and WhatsApp click-to-chat for fast briefs.
Moving into new divisions — kids, fitness, hands-and-feet, influencer rosters? New divisions, a news section, an agency/rates section and testimonials/client logos can all be layered in, with SGD day-rates and PDPA-aware model data staying native for your Singapore clients. The real future-proofing, though, is ownership: you hold 100% of the code with a self-editable CMS, delivered with a handover manual in 7–14 days. You are never trapped by a locked template or an app you cannot change — when your agency outgrows today’s setup, the same codebase extends instead of forcing you to start over.
- Board scales from 6 to a 20+ roster; large rosters onboard via the CMS with faceted division navigation and tags
- Division filters, measurement-sheet cards and the Casting Shortlist Builder keep a big board fast and castable on mobile
- The native Astro build is static and CDN-served, so it stays fast through a Fashion Week feature, a viral signing or a campaign push; WordPress / Webflow / Squarespace-style builds are hardened and CDN-served too
- Add a booking funnel as you grow: booking-brief form with a PayNow option/deposit, plus a day-rate guide so brands self-qualify
- Add channels: an auto-updating Instagram feed, WhatsApp click-to-chat briefs and a testimonials/client-logo wall
- Add new divisions easily: kids, fitness, influencer rosters and more, with SGD day-rates and PDPA-aware model data native for Singapore
- You own 100% of the code, so there is no forced re-platform and no lock-in as your agency scales

Can I run my Iris board myself without a developer?
Yes. Your board is delivered with a self-editable CMS, so you add a new signing, update measurements, move a model between divisions, post agency news and check your GA4 numbers without touching code. Every task is documented in a plain-English handover manual, and you own 100% of the build. Most non-technical bookers get the hang of it quickly.
Running a model board is mostly small, repeatable updates: a new signing this week, an updated measurement after a model’s development, a "currently in town" note, a fresh cover tag. We build all of this into a clean CMS dashboard, so you log in, change the thing you came to change and hit publish. No staging files, no FTP, no ‘please email the developer’ — your changes go live on the board.
Each module from the live demo has a matching settings panel. Your model portraits and selected work, their measurements and stats, the division each model belongs to, the order of the board, your agency story and client logos, the booking-form routing and an optional option/deposit are all configurable from labelled fields, not buried in code. SGD day-rates feed the day-rate guide so everything stays accurate as your board grows.
Your board is delivered in 7–14 days with on-page SEO, SSL, GA4 and a PDPA-aware setup for model data. If you ever get stuck, the step-by-step handover manual walks through every task above, and your 3 included revision rounds (plus an optional Care plan from S$150/mo) mean help is on hand. But the day-to-day is genuinely designed for a non-technical booker to run solo.
- Add or edit a model — upload the portrait and selected work, set the name, measurements, division and cover tag, write a short bio, and it appears on the board, filters and profile automatically.
- Reorder the board — drag models to control what a casting director sees first, and feature your strongest faces at the top.
- Update measurements & division — change a model’s stats or move them between Women, Men, New Faces or Curved in a click.
- Edit your agency & clients — update your story, founder, stats and client/publication logos as the agency grows.
- Configure booking & shortlist — set the booking-form routing, point WhatsApp to your number, and (if added) connect the PayNow/HitPay option/deposit and run a test.
- Post agency news — write a show recap, signing announcement or behind-the-scenes in the editor, add a cover image and SEO title/description, and it goes live with clean markup.
- Handle model data the right way — manage digitals and measurements PDPA-aware, with consent captured at application and easy removal on request.
- Check your GA4 numbers — see board views, top model profiles and enquiry submissions in Google Analytics, so you know which faces pull bookings and what to promote.

Modelling-agency website — frequently asked questions
Quick answers on cost, ownership, timelines, platforms, the board, the Casting Shortlist Builder, model-data/PDPA, bookings, SEO and revisions for a done-for-you modelling-agency website in Singapore.
How much does a modelling-agency website cost in Singapore?
A done-for-you modelling-agency website in Singapore costs between S$500 and S$1,800 with SGBP. The S$500 base covers a complete, mobile-ready, editorial model board with profiles and the Casting Shortlist Builder; the price rises only as you add a platform, more models, a booking funnel or branding. You see the exact figure live in the customiser before you pay.
What exactly do I get for the price?
You get a fully designed and developed board built from the Iris demo: your models laid out as filterable portrait cards with measurement sheets, individual model profiles, the Casting Shortlist Builder, a self-editable CMS, full source-code ownership, on-page SEO, SSL, GA4, a booking-enquiry form and a step-by-step handover manual. Everything you select in the customiser is listed in your order summary.
How long does it take to build and launch?
Most boards are designed, built and launched in 7 to 14 days from payment. A larger roster, a booking-deposit funnel or custom branding can sit at the upper end of that range. We send a private preview link first, you use your revisions, then we launch on your domain.
Do I own the website and can I edit it myself?
Yes. You own 100% of the code and the board outright — there is no licence trap and no agency lock-in. Every build is delivered with a self-editable CMS so you can add signings, update measurements, move models between divisions and post news yourself, with a plain-English manual to guide you.
What is the Casting Shortlist Builder?
It is the signature interactive tool on the site. A brand or casting director picks a division, a job type (runway, editorial, commercial, fittings or influencer) and a look, and the page returns a live shortlist of matching board models plus an indicative SGD day-rate band — which they can send straight to you as a brief. It runs instantly in the browser and is included from the base build.
How is model data and measurements handled under PDPA?
Carefully. Model digitals, measurements and contact details are collected with consent at application and governed by Singapore’s PDPA. The build supports showing only what a model agrees to, sharing details only for active enquiries, and removing a model’s data on request. Any deposit payments run through PCI-compliant HitPay, and the site ships with SSL/HTTPS.
Can clients book or option a model and pay a deposit?
Yes. Every build includes a booking-enquiry form with job-type and division routing. Add the booking feature and it extends into a flow that captures the shoot date and takes a securing option or deposit via PayNow or HitPay, with an SGD invoice and a confirmation email — so a keen client can hold the date on the spot.
Will my dense portrait board still load fast?
Yes — board performance is the whole point of an editorial build. We serve modern WebP/AVIF formats, lazy-load below the fold, and set image dimensions to avoid layout shift. The native Astro build stays light even with a large board, which keeps your Core Web Vitals and casting-director first impressions strong on mobile.
Will the board rank on Google and show up in AI search?
Yes. Every build is delivered with an SEO foundation — clean markup, fast Core Web Vitals, image sitemaps and structured data. The Advanced SEO / AEO pack adds a full schema graph, answer-engine optimisation and Search Console setup so you can be found on Google for searches like ‘modelling agency Singapore’ and quoted by AI assistants like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews.
Can the site handle multiple divisions and a growing roster?
Yes. The board is structured around divisions (Women, Men, New Faces, Curved, or your own — kids, fitness, influencer), each with its own filterable page and live counts. As you sign more faces you add them via the CMS; the board, filters and Casting Shortlist Builder pick them up automatically, with no rebuild.
What are revisions and how many are included?
A revision is a round of changes you request after seeing your preview — board ordering, division structure, layout tweaks, colour/type adjustments, copy edits and the like. Three rounds are included free. If you want more breathing room you can add extra rounds at S$200 each in the customiser.
Is the design unique or a template?
You start from the proven Iris design you can see and click in the live demo, then we customise it to you — your name, wordmark, colours, models, divisions, copy and day-rates. It is a tailored build on a battle-tested, editorial-board foundation, not a generic theme dump that crushes your models into a slow grid with no room for measurements.
Who is this website right for?
It suits modelling and talent agencies, scouting boards and management companies in Singapore — and adapts to actors, dancers, performers and other talent boards that present people with stats and need a clear way for clients to enquire and book. Anyone running a roster who needs a filterable board and a casting funnel will get value from it.
