We do not pretend to be one hundred per cent natural — a few safe, well-studied preservatives and texture agents keep a product stable and pleasant — but synthetic fragrance, dyes, mineral oil and microplastics are out, full stop.

No, and neither is any ingredient we buy in. Almost the whole range is vegan as well; the small number of formulas that use honey or beeswax are flagged clearly on their own product page.

Keep it minimal: the Quiet Oat Cream Wash and the Centella Barrier Repair Serum are our two gentlest, both fragrance-free and built to settle a flushed barrier. Add one product at a time, patch-test on the inner arm first, and give each a couple of weeks before bringing in the next.

Anything sealed and unused has a 30-day window for an exchange or refund. For hygiene reasons opened bottles cannot go back on the shelf unless they arrived faulty — but if a formula flares or stings on you, write in and we will work out a fair fix, no fuss.

We do. Our apothecary sits at 7 Kandahar Street in Kampong Glam, about six minutes from Bugis MRT, with a weekend refill bar at Funan. Drop in to feel the textures, smell the botanicals and plan a routine with us in person.
