Crispworks started in 2015, after our founder spent a decade running facilities for a Singapore property manager and watched the same story play out with cleaning contractors: an impressive pitch, a great first week, then standards quietly sliding as a different cleaner turned up each month and nobody owned the result.
We built the opposite. Every account gets a written scope, a named crew and a named supervisor who is accountable for the standard — plus the dated records that make an inspection a non-event. The model is deliberately unglamorous: be clear about what is being done, do it consistently, and prove it.
Eleven years on, we clean offices, shops, restaurants, clinics and facilities across Singapore, from single SME floors to multi-site facilities accounts. The thing clients tell us they value most is the one we set out to deliver — they stopped having to manage their cleaning, and started trusting it.
