Yes. Engraving, stamping or embossing a name, date, initials or a short message is included on every personalisable piece — there is no surprise add-on at checkout. Very long messages or custom logos for corporate orders are quoted separately, and we will always tell you before you pay.
Most engraved keepsakes are ready in 1–3 working days depending on the piece, and selected designs qualify for same-day engraving if you order before 12pm. Curated boxes and matched couple sets sit at the longer end. Each product page states its own lead time so you can plan around the occasion.
Often, yes. Same-day islandwide slots are available for in-stock, same-day-eligible items ordered before our midday cut-off, subject to your postcode. The delivery checker on each product and at checkout confirms what is possible for your address before you commit.
Every order is boxed and ribboned as standard, and you can add a handwritten card with your message free of charge. Just enter the message at checkout and choose whether the parcel ships to you or straight to the recipient.
Yes. Add their address as the delivery address and we will ship it straight to them, with your card written in and no pricing or invoice inside the parcel. You will still get the receipt by email.
We do — branded pens, notebooks, candles and keepsakes with your logo and each person’s name, fulfilled to a deadline and individually boxed. Tell us the quantity and date on the corporate page or over WhatsApp and we will quote and confirm a timeline.
If we make the mistake, we re-engrave and re-ship it at our cost, quickly. Because personalised pieces are made to your wording, please double-check the spelling, dates and initials at checkout — we engrave exactly what is entered, so we cannot remake free of charge for a typo on the order.
Checkout takes PayNow and all major cards, the usual mobile wallets, and Atome if you would rather spread it across three instalments. Prices and your emailed, itemised receipt are all in Singapore dollars.
Sealed, unpersonalised items are welcome back inside 14 days for an exchange or refund. Anything engraved or stamped is made one-of-a-kind to your wording, so it cannot be resold and is non-returnable — unless it reaches you faulty or wrongly made, which we fix straight away.
Yes. We handle your details under the PDPA, payments run through secure PCI-compliant providers, and the site is served over SSL. We never sell your data, and recipient addresses are used only to deliver the gift.
