Started in a Joo Chiat shophouse by people who foster
An honest, vet-checked range for Singapore’s dogs, cats and small pets.
The Pet Pantry began in 2018 above a Joo Chiat shophouse, run by a small team who already spent their weekends fostering rescues. We were tired of squinting at ingredient lists and guessing what was actually good for our own dogs and cats.
So we built the shop we wanted: a tight, honest range where every food, chew and supplement is read properly and run past our partner vet clinic before it earns shelf space. If we would not feed it to our own fosters, it never reaches the shelf.
Today we deliver to more than 38,000 pet homes across the island, from HDB hamster owners to landed-home labradors. We still answer the WhatsApp ourselves, and we still road-test the toys on the office dogs first.
How we choose what to stock
Two shops, plenty of treats at the counter
Pop into either store to weigh up food with our team, fit a harness or let the office dog say hello. Both stock the core range and the staff genuinely live with animals.
