We are a strategy firm. We work on the small number of decisions that set a company’s next few years — corporate and growth strategy, operating-model and transformation, M&A and commercial due diligence, and market entry. We deliberately do not do everything; we go deep on the decisions where senior strategic judgement makes the difference.
We scope engagements to the decision, not the clock. Once we understand the question and your timeline, we propose a fixed engagement with a clear scope, team and fee — a two-to-three week sprint, a six-to-twelve week build, or a deal-paced diligence sprint. You are paying for the decision and the result, not for filling a set number of weeks.
A partner leads every engagement and is genuinely in the analysis and the working sessions — not just the pitch and the final readout. Ridgeline is intentionally small and senior so that the judgement you are paying for is actually in the room throughout, rather than sold up front and delegated down.
Not at all. A good chunk of our work is with founder-led and scaling businesses facing a genuinely strategic decision — a growth plateau, a possible raise, a first move into a new market. The Strategy Sprint exists precisely so a smaller team can get senior strategic help on one big call without committing to a long programme.
Our base is Singapore and the bulk of our client roster sits here, but the work itself is regional. We regularly advise on growth and entry decisions across ASEAN, and we have a network reaching into Greater China and India for engagements that cross those borders. Our reflexes are built for how strategy actually plays out in this part of the world.
We are a strategy firm, not a body shop, so we will not pretend to be your delivery team for years. But we do not believe in throwing a deck over the wall either. We work alongside your people so the thinking is owned internally, and on transformation work we walk with you into the early stage of delivery so the strategy actually lands.
It depends on the decision. A focused Strategy Sprint runs two to three weeks. A growth diagnostic or market-entry assessment is usually six to ten weeks. A full corporate strategy or operating-model design runs eight to sixteen. Commercial due diligence is paced to the deal. We will always size it to the question rather than stretch it to bill more.
Everything you share with us — financials, plans, deal information — is held in strict confidence under a mutual non-disclosure agreement and handled in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We work on commercially sensitive and live-deal questions constantly; protecting that information is fundamental to how we operate.
