Every price shown is per pax, based on twin-sharing, and it is the real all-in cost for that package — typically return flights from Singapore, hotels, the meals listed in the itinerary and your tour leader or area guide. Anything optional, like a single-room supplement or an add-on excursion, is listed separately and clearly, so nothing about the cost is a mystery when it comes time to confirm.

You choose a region, a trip length, a travel style and how many of you are going, and it instantly shows one to three packages that fit, with an indicative per-pax price and a rough total for your group. From there you tap to enquire on WhatsApp with your choice pre-filled, and a consultant confirms live availability, the exact price and the next confirmed departure.

Yes. Wanderlane is a TA-licensed travel agent registered in Singapore, with the bonding and accountability that licence requires. That means your booking and your money are handled under the rules that protect Singapore travellers, and we work with established insurance and airline partners. In this demo the licence number is illustrative, but the framing mirrors how a real licensed agency presents itself.

Often, yes. Many travellers start from a package and then ask us to add a night, swap a hotel, build in a special occasion or design something from scratch for a family or a small private group. Tell your consultant what you have in mind and they’ll shape an itinerary and an honest price around it, rather than forcing you onto a set departure that doesn’t quite fit.

Group tours run on set departure dates, and a date is marked confirmed once it reaches the minimum group size — we show sample confirmed dates on each package. If a particular departure doesn’t reach the minimum, we’ll tell you early and move you to the nearest confirmed date or refund the deposit, rather than running a half-empty, more expensive trip. Free-and-easy and cruise bookings are far more flexible on dates.

You secure your seats with a deposit and settle the balance before you fly. We take PayNow, all major cards and bank transfer, and most packages can be spread across instalments if that suits you better. Your confirmation breaks the trip down line by line — flights, hotels, the tour itself and any optional extras you chose — so the cost of each part is there in black and white.

A named consultant plans your trip and a 24/7 Singapore helpline travels with you. If a flight is delayed, a connection shifts or plans change on the ground, you call one number and a person who knows your booking sorts it out. We also strongly recommend travel insurance and can point you to partner cover; for group tours, your tour leader is your first port of call throughout.

The information you give us to arrange a trip — names, passport details, contact numbers — is used purely to put your travel together, under Singapore’s PDPA. It goes only to the airlines, hotels and partners that actually deliver your trip, is never sold or passed on elsewhere, and the forms on this site ask for nothing beyond what a reply needs. Your booking file sits in secure storage that only your travel team can open.
