Most of our range — the wash, lotion, balms, nappy cream, massage oil and cradle-cap oil — is formulated for newborn-safe use and is fragrance-free by default. Each product page states the age it suits. The mineral sun lotion is suited from six months; for younger babies, shade and clothing are the safest cover.

Yes. Added fragrance is one of the most common triggers for baby skin reactions and eczema flares, so we leave it out of every formula rather than masking with “natural” scent. Any faint smell you notice comes from the oats and plant oils themselves.

No — and we will always say so plainly. Our balms and lotions are designed to support a barrier and ease everyday dryness, but a widespread, weeping or worsening flare needs a GP or dermatologist. We are happy to be the gentle, daily part of a plan your doctor leads.

Islandwide delivery is free on orders over S$45 and a flat S$4.50 below that. Most parcels arrive within 48 hours. We deliver across Singapore, including to HDB flats, condos and landed homes.

Sealed, unopened products are welcome back for a swap or refund inside 30 days. Opened skincare we cannot resell for hygiene reasons unless it is faulty — but if a formula reacts on your baby, tell us and we will put it right.

Yes — our studio is at 33 Joo Chiat Road, a short walk from Paya Lebar MRT, and we have a stockist counter at Tanglin Mall. Come in to swatch textures and chat through a routine before you buy.

Our bottles are widely recyclable, gift boxes use recycled board, and we keep formulas free of microplastics and reef-harming UV filters. We are a small brand making steady improvements rather than claiming to be perfect.
