About this one
Nappy rash is almost a rite of passage, and it usually clears fastest with a clean, dry, well-protected bottom. This cream lays down a breathable zinc-oxide barrier that keeps wetness off already-sore skin at every change.
We kept it light rather than claggy so it wipes off cleanly at the next change, and added oat and panthenol to calm the redness rather than just cover it. No fragrance, no fuss.
For day-to-day prevention a thin layer at each change is plenty; for an active rash, apply more generously after gently patting the area dry.
