Our story
Stack Living started with a familiar frustration. Our founder, Charmaine Yeo, came home to Singapore after years abroad and spent weeks wrestling with deposits, year-long leases, furniture deliveries and a utility account that took three calls to set up — all before she could actually live anywhere.
There had to be a better way to rent for the way people actually move now: for a contract, a posting, a fresh start — often at short notice. So we built it. We take good buildings, furnish and run them properly, bundle the bills into one honest figure, and add the community that makes a new city feel like home faster.
Today Stack Living runs homes across the CBD, the East, central Singapore and the west, and most of our new residents come from someone who already lives with us. That’s the bar we hold ourselves to — be the place people recommend to their friends.
