Use the Room Finder or browse our homes, filter by area, budget, move-in date and room type, and shortlist the ones that fit.
Book a viewing
Pick a slot over WhatsApp or the enquiry form. We will show you the actual room and the house — in person or on a video walkthrough.
Reserve it simply
A short, plain-English agreement and a one-month deposit (PayNow or card). No agent fees, no fine print designed to trip you up.
Move in & settle
Collect your keys, meet your housemates, and let the wifi, utilities and housekeeping run in the background. Welcome home.
Moving from overseas?
You can do the whole thing remotely. We’ll send you a live video walkthrough of the actual room, answer everything over WhatsApp, and have the agreement signed and the room held before you land — so you collect keys on day one, not week three.
Want to switch rooms later?
Need a bigger room, a different area, or to move in with a partner? Existing residents get first dibs on new openings and an easy internal transfer — no new deposit drama, no starting from scratch.
