A practice built on doing the work, not describing it
Terraline was founded on a simple frustration: too much sustainability advice was confident, expensive and impossible to defend the moment a regulator or auditor asked a real question.

We started small and deliberately stayed that way. The firm is a tight group of senior practitioners rather than a pyramid of juniors, which means the person who scopes your work is the person who does it. We have built the carbon baselines, written the disclosures, and sat on the wrong end of assurance questions — so we know where the gaps usually hide.
Our work covers the full arc: settling what matters, measuring emissions properly, reporting to the right framework, understanding climate risk, and turning all of it into reductions that show up in next year’s numbers. We are equally happy leading a first report end to end or coaching a capable internal team through theirs. What we will not do is hand you a glossy document with no evidence behind it.
Above all, we work for the Singapore context. The SGX timelines, the local grants, the regional supply chains that shape your footprint — these are the details that decide whether a report is credible or merely tidy, and they are where a lot of generic advice quietly falls down.
What we stand for
Every number has a paper trail
We document where each reported figure comes from, because a claim you cannot trace is a liability sitting in your annual report.
Built for the Singapore context
We work to the SGX timelines, the local grants, and the regional supply-chain realities that decide what your disclosures actually need to say.
Priorities before paperwork
We settle what matters first. A short, defensible set of priorities beats a long report nobody inside the business quite believes.
Practitioners, not lecturers
Our advisors have built the baselines, drafted the disclosures and sat through the assurance. You get people who have done the work, not just studied it.
The people you will work with
Senior advisors, hands on the work.
Lim Wei Xuan
Founding PartnerA former group sustainability lead with a background in environmental economics. Wei Xuan started Terraline after a decade building disclosure programmes inside listed companies, and still runs the firm’s most demanding engagements.
Arjun Menon
Partner, Reporting & AssuranceA chartered accountant who crossed into sustainability assurance. Arjun leads our reporting and assurance-readiness work, and is the person clients call the moment an auditor begins asking pointed questions.
Tan Hui Ying
Lead, Carbon & ClimateA carbon specialist trained in energy systems engineering. Hui Ying builds the greenhouse-gas inventories and decarbonisation roadmaps, and keeps our scenario work anchored in how operations really run.
Joel Sim
Lead, Strategy & MaterialityA management consultant turned sustainability advisor. Joel facilitates our materiality work and board briefings, translating dense frameworks into decisions a leadership team can actually take.
