Carbon Footprinting
A defensible greenhouse-gas inventory across Scope 1, 2 and 3 — the baseline every other piece of work is built on.

What this involves
You cannot manage what you have not measured, and you cannot report what you cannot defend. Carbon footprinting is the foundation under everything else, so we build it carefully: a greenhouse-gas inventory that follows the GHG Protocol and covers your direct emissions (Scope 1), your purchased energy (Scope 2), and the parts of your value chain that genuinely matter (Scope 3).
The craft is in the boundaries and the data. We set an organisational boundary that matches how you really operate, choose emission factors appropriate to Singapore and your sector, and write down every assumption so the figure survives the question "how exactly did you get that?". For Scope 3 — usually the largest and untidiest category — we go after the sources that move the total, not the ones that merely add decimal places.
You end up with a baseline you can report against, a method you can repeat each year, and a clear picture of where your emissions actually come from. That last point is what makes an inventory useful instead of ornamental: it tells you where reductions are worth chasing and where your money is better spent elsewhere.
What you get
- A GHG-Protocol-aligned inventory
- Scope 1, 2 and material Scope 3 coverage
- Singapore-appropriate emission factors
- Documented boundaries and assumptions
- A baseline you can recalculate yearly
Common add-ons
- Scope 3 supplier survey
- Emissions dashboard setup
- Yearly recalculation
Your end-to-end sustainability partner
However you start, the work is built the same careful way — and it is built to be handed back to you, not to keep you dependent.
Built to a real framework
We align the work to GRI, ISSB, SGX or SASB as your situation needs — not a generic template.
Every figure traceable
We document methods and sources, so the numbers survive an auditor, a lender or an analyst.
Singapore-grounded
SGX timelines, local grants and regional supply-chain realities shape what we build.
A process you keep
You finish able to run the next cycle yourself, with owners, templates and a calendar in place.
