Maker Loft is the blank canvas of the marketplace — an old warehouse unit near Paya Lebar with exposed brick, big factory windows and a polished concrete floor that photographs beautifully. It is the space hosts book when they want to bring their own everything: their own caterer, their own florist, their own playlist, their own idea of what the day should be.

The flexibility is the whole point. We see it used for craft and baking workshops, bridal and baby showers, intimate ROM ceremonies, brand pop-ups and small video shoots — anything that needs natural light, a relaxed room and no house rules about which caterer you may use. There is a pantry with a sink and fridge, a long communal table that seats forty-five, and stackable furniture so you can clear the floor entirely.

At S$80 an hour with no minimum spend, it is also the most affordable venue we list, which is why it stays busy. We love it for the host who has a clear vision and just needs a beautiful, unfussy room to bring it to life in.
