Canopy Treehouse Pod
A timber pod lifted into the canopy on stilts, reached by a short boardwalk, with a netted balcony among the branches.
The Canopy Treehouse Pod is the stay people photograph and the one we are proudest of. It is a small timber cabin built on stilts and lifted into the treeline, so your window is full of branches and your balcony — fully netted, completely safe for kids — hangs over the slope below. The boardwalk up to it is short but it does feel like you are leaving the ground behind.
Inside it is snug and warm-toned: a queen below, an optional loft mattress above, a kettle, a fan and big screened windows that catch the breeze. Mornings are the reason to book it — the canopy fills with birdsong well before the rest of the camp stirs, and you can have it with a coffee on the balcony before anyone else is up.
It is our priciest stay and it sells out first on long weekends, so book early. It suits a milestone — a birthday, a small celebration, a first proper trip away with an older child who will never forget sleeping in a tree.
Best for
A milestone stay, a treat, or guests who want height and privacy. Year-round; mornings are the highlight in any season.
