The thinking before the design — positioning, audience and the idea your brand stands on.
Good design without a clear idea behind it is decoration. Before we draw a single logo, we work out what your business is actually for, who it is trying to win, and the one thing it should be known for in a crowded Singapore market. That clarity is what makes everything afterwards faster and braver.
Our strategy sprint is hands-on, not a slide deck you never reopen. We interview you and a few customers, map where you sit against the people you compete with, and pressure-test the positioning until it is sharp enough to say no to the wrong work. You leave with a short, usable brand platform — not a forty-page report nobody reads.
This is the right starting point when you are launching something new, merging two things into one, or finally fixing a brand that grew by accident. If you already know exactly who you are, we can skip ahead — but most of the best identity work we do starts here.
