A Greener Welcome
The ground-floor frontage of a CBD office, greened to soften the lobby approach and lift the building’s street presence.
A corporate landlord wanted the entrance to feel less like a service corridor and more like an arrival. The constraint was upkeep: whatever we specified had to look composed on a Monday morning with minimal fuss from the facilities team.
We used a vertical greening panel to draw the eye up, statement planters at the threshold, and a tight, glossy-leafed palette that holds its shape in low light and tolerates the air-conditioning draught at the doors. The whole scheme is on automated irrigation with a quarterly maintenance brief.
Tenants noticed within the week. A green frontage does quiet work — it signals care, and care is the first thing a visitor reads about a building before they ever meet anyone inside it.
