Home FAQ

For weddings and year-end company dinners, two to four months ahead is the comfortable window, especially through peak wedding months and the December dinner season. We usually keep a little room spare for late enquiries, so if your date is soon, message us and we will tell you plainly what remains open instead of keeping you guessing.

Yes, and it is one of the things we are proud of. Send us the song you want for your first dance, your march-in or a surprise moment, and our music director will arrange it, set it in a comfortable key and rehearse it before the day. One special-song arrangement is included with most bookings; additional ones are a small flat add-on you can see in the Set & Quote Builder.

It really comes down to how much sound you want in the room. A soloist is one warm voice for solemnisations and intimate dinners; a duo adds guitar or keys for a fuller cocktail-hour sound; a trio brings enough body to fill a ballroom; and the full band is a five-piece with a rhythm section for a genuine dance floor. We are honest about which suits your space — a band can overwhelm a small room as easily as a soloist can get lost in a large one.

For soloists and duos in smaller rooms we usually work with a tasteful, right-sized setup or the venue's house system. For trios, full bands and larger function rooms we bring our own PA, mics and monitors with our engineer mixing live, which you can add in the builder. We always check the venue and the headcount with you first so the sound fits the space rather than fighting it.

Always. We map your timeline ahead of the event and build the sets around your key moments, then liaise with your emcee, planner and banquet manager on the day. The band drops to a hush during speeches and your vows, and rises again over dinner and the dance floor. One person holds the whole plan, so the music slots neatly into your night rather than slowing it down.

Yes — our bilingual emcee option covers the programme, the march-in cues, the lucky draw and the speeches in English and Mandarin, working hand in hand with the band so the evening flows. It is a popular add-on for weddings and corporate D&Ds, and you can see the cost in the Set & Quote Builder. We can also work alongside an emcee you have already booked.

We perform island-wide — hotel ballrooms, restaurants, garden venues, condo clubhouses, HDB function rooms and private homes. We rehearse out of Kallang and Jurong East but the location of your event is not a problem. Sentosa and a few further-flung sites carry a small load-in surcharge you will see itemised, so there are no surprises.

A deposit locks in your date; the remainder is due ahead of the event itself. You can pay by PayNow or bank transfer, and you always receive an itemised quote and invoice that spells out each line — the lineup, the hours, every add-on. There are no surprise charges added after the fact.

We keep a roster of 14 musicians for exactly this reason, so one person being unwell never puts your event at risk. If someone cannot perform, a rehearsed deputy who already knows the set steps in, briefed in advance by your music director. Across more than 320 events, every client has always had a full band on the night — and we would tell you straight away if anything ever changed.
