A wedding has a shape, and the music should follow it rather than fight it. We sit with your run-sheet first — when guests arrive, when you march in, when the speeches and the toast land — and we build the sets so the band lifts the room at the right moments and steps back when the focus belongs to you. A solemnisation wants something tender and unobtrusive; the march-in wants a song that makes people put their phones down; the dinner wants warmth that lets conversation breathe.
The first dance is where we earn our keep. If your song is in our list we will already have it polished; if it is not, our arranger will learn it, transpose it to a comfortable key, and rehearse it until it feels like ours. We have played the quiet ballads and the big sing-along anthems, and we are honest with you about which suits your room, your timing and the energy you want at that moment.
On the day, we arrive early, sound-check before guests appear, and coordinate with your emcee and banquet manager so the music never stalls your timeline. You get one point of contact from enquiry to encore — usually Serena — so nothing falls between a planner and a vendor you have never spoken to.
