Our story

A quieter way to handle prime property

Belgrave Estates was founded by Eleanor Sng after two decades in Singapore’s prime market, on a simple conviction: that the owners and buyers of the city’s finest homes are poorly served by the noise of public listings and high-pressure agency.

The most prestigious addresses move on trust. They pass between owners who already know one another, through advisers who have earned a quiet introduction over many years. We built the practice to do exactly that — to hold genuine relationships across the prime enclaves, to act for one side of a transaction at a time, and to be honest even when honesty costs us a deal.

We stay deliberately small. Every client works directly with a principal, from the first private conversation to completion, and most of what we transact never reaches a portal at all.
